That I cannot pay directly by booking and my trip was a business trip and RRHH make the reservation, I had to pay there with my card instead of the one in booking page, maybe it's policy but come on, we have technology, use it. I travel very often and this is the only place with this kind of requirements. No water bottles or coffees at the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, well located, the breakfast is delicious, they have a lot of options. The room was big and super comfortable. I had a view to the museum, just wonderful.

There was nobody in the reception most of the times. Most of the times you could see people trying to check in and wondering how to do it!

No way to stop an auto close to the hotel to bring the luggage, parking place suggested was 300+m from the hotel and extremely expensive. Unfortunately we had not found other reasonable options to park in this area and had to pay 52 euro for 2 nights. The street where the hotel is located is pretty noisy, but they provide earplugs for sensitive guests.

Good location, very close to Wenceslas Square and main station. We did not have to use public transportation at all to explore all the sightseen. The room was clean, had fridge and air conditioning, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had sufficient variety and the food was good. There was always what to choose.

24 hours desk would improve the experience

The staff is very friendly. A special mention to Rashid who give him best. Besides, the best breakfast include I have ever tried in any hotel. The ubication is perfect, walking distance to tourist spots.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while visiting Prague. The hotel has a great location so we could reach almost all historic sites by walking, breakfast was also great with wide selection of food and drinks. Room was nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money. A comfortable hotel with very reasonable prices in the downtown area. The room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast more than generous and delicious. The hotel has no parking of its own, but there is a sister hotel just around the corner where parking is available at a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception is closed between 7pm and 7am, but again, the sister hotel has a 24/7 reception, and they are happy to help. The hotel is just around the corner from the magnificent Natural History Museum, which is a great plus.

The breakfast was expensive at 12 euros, so we walked to a local cafe. McDonald’s was also close, if you need the North American food!

The only thing is that the hotel is a bit far from the center.

Very noisy, the windows are directed the road so all the noise from the street from every car could be heared, because it is a city center there are a lot of cars at night as in the day, the AC didnt work so there is no other option that opening a window and hearing everything, also, we were 2 friends and asked for 2 separate beds, we got it but 1 of the beds had a mattress that is bigger than the bed so it was uncomfortable.....

Very comfortable location, very close to the city center. Also, very close to a metro station and the breakfast is ok.

The check in after 19.00 is cumbersome. There is a person you need to call and then he is unaware of many of the proceedings. The reception should still be staffed after 7 PM, at least until 9 or 10 PM. Dont buy parking if the hotel parking is fully booked and they provide it to you in the other hotel, it is not worth it, specially if you arrive after 19.00. You would think that for 25eur you have a flawless parking experience but its not. Parking on the street (closer) is free after 20h. If you can stay in the parking of the hotel itself that might be different.

The room is big and and the bed comfortable, its clean. The breakfast is nothing special but there is a lot of variety.

One price is written at Booking and at the reception desk when you have to pay they tell you that same price in euro, but it was about 25€ plus when you pay by card (probably because of the course euro) and they give you the bill in czech crown which is ok. I just think that it would be better to write the price in czech crown so you can convert approximately the price in euro just to avoid surprises. And there is a mini fridge in the room, but seems like it doesn't work because it doesn't freeze. And when we told it to the lady at the reception desk, she said - Oh we don't have rooms with fridge, if it's there, it's just like that.

The fridge in the room was not working and it was difficult getting the television to work.

It was a very good stay. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a good location and we were very near the city center. The breakfast was amazing. The staffs were very helpful.
