Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Close to Central train station, easy to find. Very welcoming staff, always available on messenger during working hours. Apartment is very clean, all furniture is new, comfortable big bed, kitchen with not much, but enough dishes to cook simple food. I felt secure since the front door is locked and apartment door can be locked, too. I needed ironing board and hair dryier, they weren't in the room, but were brought to me upon request. And there is a small shop downstairs in the next building where you can buy food and coffee. Open daily 6a.m. - 11p.m. The street is quite noisy in the early morning, but earbuds are provided.

Turkeythe pillows and the towels should definitely be changed. They seemed clean but quite old. You might hear the noise from outside if you leave the windows open, but they left ear plugs so they helped me quite a lot.
Euro Apartments are just two stops away from the main train station, which was my top priority while choosing a place to stay. The room was quite big and most of the things seemed new. Leijla was very prompt at responding to messages and very polite. The price also was within my budget. I was never out late at night so I am not sure if it is safe at night but during the day definitely.

PolandApartment is really big and spacious. It Has a great location, 10-15 minutes from the old town on foot. Great contact with the owner, helped me with the matter of parking. We only made a stop there for one night on our way home but it's good place for longer stay.

Distance to city center: 15 min. walk or 5 minutes by tram (tram stop is directly in front of the appartment) There's a small shop below the appartments (open 6-23 every day) There are several good restaurants/bars near the appartment. The rooms are very spacious.

SloveniaThere were some small things not to like, but nothing big. -There wasn't enough toilet paper for 5 people for two nights. -One red stain on one of the pillows. -One bedroom is located between the kitchen/toilet and living room, so everybody had to pass this bedroom all the time. This is only an issue if you require peivicy.
Lovely apartment, like on the pictures. Staff is very friendly. A lot of equipement and everything one should need. Short walk to the city ce ter and right next to the public transport. There was small gift waiting for us. Also the owner was helpfull and we could arrive a bit earlier than 3PM. We could also leave one hour later.

HungaryThe heating is old and there are only to gas heaters in the apartment, it works, but the temperature is not consistant.
The neighborhood in not very attractive, but its ok. The apartment is big, the kitchen is huge. The house is renoveted and l think there are only apartment for rent. The rooms are comfortabel. You can hear the street outside but the windows are new and isolated.
