We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyBreakfast was definitely not in the 5 star category. When compared to other 5 star hotels in our many travels, this was perhaps the lowest level of breakfast offerings. Some staff were also unfriendly. The Esplanade in general is showing signs of wear & tear. More financial and personal investment is needed to keep it on the ‘cutting edge’. The property is certainly worth it. A jewel from the early 1900’s.
Beautiful Grande Dame of a building. Restaurant very elegant despite the TV screens going. Evening meal very good. Room spacious.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, the staff is friendly, the restaurant serves very tasty and high-quality food. The parking for cars is good and includes a charger for electric vehicles.

Friendly Staff, Quiet Location not far from downtown. We had the NYE package and it was very well organised, the food was amazing and well-decorated. The view for the city center is beautiful to see the fire-works. Moreover, the hotel had it's own fire-works. We have tried the SPA and it was also perfect.

Israelthe hotel is located on a hill and therefore it is quite difficult to climb back from the city, especially for the elderly. Weak WiFi in the room. I would love to have a kettle for tea and coffee machine in the room. I wrote to the hotel that I prefer Double bed, and I get twin bed😩.
Hotel is very good!! My room, breakfast,service it was very, very good! Even excellent! Staff was very friendly, especially Veronica. the hotel is located in the forest and you can reach the city on foot in 5-10 minutes. this hotel is of a good European level!
