Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe property looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It’s beautiful and cool and was such a lovely place to stay. The location is ideal (on the same block as the train station) so we were able to navigate easily around. The laundry was a wonderful extra that we used, along with the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. We were even able to check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone.

PhilippinesElevator is not working all through out our stay. No hot water for 2 days. Keybox not working. No Manual for the appliances as Dryer needs to be drained manually. Not recommended booking on Summer as apartment doesnt have aircon.
Location is very near Train station and shopping area. Spacious apartment. Staff Anastacia is very responsive. Ivan was helpful with our luggage when we check out.

Excellent location close to train station and Wenceslas Square. Beds were very comfortable and the house was quite spacious for family of 6 including 2 kids. Kitchen had everything you would need for basic cooking. Good for long stays as supermarket is also closeby.

The location is great, it's just a few mins walking to the Old town centre, it's close to attractions, minimarket downstair, near to some restaurants The room is big, suitable for family with kids, beds are comfortable.

IndonesiaThe property agent was very unhelpful when we were locked out of the property. He sent one of his staff to open the door lock. This person was not a qualified locksmith and damaged both the lock and the door. Subsequently, the property agent refused to return our EUR250 deposit, claiming that this money was used for the door repair. Very unprofessional and unhelpful and we do not recommend anyone dealing with this property agent. Thank you BnB Team, however your response is factually incorrect. As previously mentioned to you, we did leave a key inside the door during our stay and we were able to re-enter the property. So leaving the key on the inside of the door was not the "reason for the accident". You forget to mention that the person you first sent to help open the door was not a qualified locksmith, and this person damaged both the lock and the door. We did not cause any damage to the door. Furthermore, we directly paid the real locksmith EUR250 for his services. So why have you withheld our EUR250 deposit, Was it for the service provided when calling the locksmith. Did that really cost EUR250 for you to make a phone call. So much for "your service"
