The location was perfect, quiet streets at night but busy in the day which was nice. The staff were also brilliant, very friendly and helpful at all Times, breakfast was lovely and came with the price of the room aswell which was brilliant.

Rooms were modern and clean. Location was EXCELLENT, on the Mala Strana with the castle out the back window! Great variety of hot and cold freshly made food for breakfast. Very convenient to trams and restaurants. Friendly and always smiling staff! Highly recommended!

Please know that there are no lifts leading to some room and the stairs are dangerously steep so be very careful when booking. It was a complete stress with my bags with zero staff to help. If you are an elderly, please double check where your room is located.

Room 001 has an unusual lack of privacy. Its windows face the street, with only a sheer curtain, and the shower in the room is in a clear perspex box. Hard to feel safe - it was very exposed.

Gorgeous hotel in Mala Strana. Thoughtfully designed and welcoming. Comfy beds and delicious breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. Would recommend to friends.

Amazing hotel close to the Prague Castle! Staff were very kind and helpful. Properly has a very unique style just about 15 minutes walk from King Charles bridge.

The reception team were very welcoming and helpful with good recommendations for local restaurants. They also arranged for a small bottle of sparkling wine to be placed in the room with a sweet note of apology as the cafe was closed and I was not able to get my welcome drink, a really lovely touch. The breakfast buffet was great with a wide range of food. The hot buffet choices changed daily so you didn't get bored. I also liked the location, although up a slight hill, it was away from the hustle and bustle of town but still walkable to the main sites. I would definitely recommend Hotel Neruda as a place to stay in Prague.

The hotel is very beautiful with lots of character. It is located within walking distance of Prague Castle from which you can enjoy stunning sights over the city. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Staff is very polite, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent as well with lots of choice of sweet and savoury, hot and cold food and lots of coffee and tea options. Overall I had a wonderful stay in the city which was definitely enhanced by this lovely hotel.

A beautiful historical hotel close and with walking distance to many attractions. It dates to the 1300’s and has lovely spacious rooms. Great having a bath to relax in at the end of a day of wonderful sightseeing. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were thorough. The breakfast was included with the room we had and was excellent with different things each day. The wait staff were very attentive and kept the dining area tidy and replenished. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful and gave us a little bottle of rose the day we checked out with a lovely card. Great hospitality!

No working A/C in the breakfast area, pillows too hard, no hanging device for the shower head in the bathroom - Bathroom and sleeping area therefore often flooded, only one small garbage can, Blackout curtain too small - room is therefore always bright

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

I loved my room. It was very airy and yet cozy. Everyone - from the cleaning staff to the front desk - was so nice. The breakfast was fantastic and varied. There was always a selection of standard hot breakfast, fruit, pastries, lovely cheeses, granola and yogurt options, and multiple types of bread - along with several coffee options and juices. Oh and whole fruits and snacks to go.

Nitpicking: breakfast variety could have been better, there were changes everyday but not a lot, especially for people like me that like meat for breakfast it was a bit disappointing (f.e. no bacon on any day)

Hotel is well localized, we spend 4 days there and we did not have to use any public transport nor taxis to see multiple points of interests - there is a lot to see and do within walking distance from the hotel. Room was interesting and well equipped with paid minibar and free of extra charge coffee/tea station, AC, towels and everything was kept very clean. Overall state of the room felt very good, not sure if the room we were in had some recent renovation but it sure felt like it. Breakfast was good, employees were always helpful and nice. We wanted to pre-checkout a day before as we had a very early taxi to catch and there were no issues with that, the process was very unproblematic. Overall it was a solid experience and it's hard to think of a reason why we'd like to choose another place if we ever travel to Prague again. Fully recommend!
