We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicMy first night was on the 5 th floor and the "Air conditioning" was just blowing out hot air..You can open the window but thep noise is disturbing, mostly created by the low life wondering around the area shouting , or generally making a noise..so i had to change my room to the 3 rd floor where it was much better.
The receptionist was paticularly professional...Changed my room for me and was very attentative to my well being. The breakfast was much better since my last review..Staff friendly, attentative and offered eggs how i wamted them...Great.

Czech RepublicArriving at peak check-in time but having to wait 15 minutes in a queue to check in as only one overworked girl was on duty and she was having to act as barmaid as well as receptionist and concierge...The room rate at just over 100 Euros a night is expensive for Usti Nad Labem...(hardly a tourist trap!!), so the Service should at least reflect this. The breakfast was not memorable at all, and lacked any life, or enjoyment...The kitchen staff were ultra efficient at clearing tables and "Doing Their Job", but the training was obviously military in style, based on efficiency and speed, but were they happy doing this job? It didn't appear so, no smiles ,no greeting, it was like at school.
The convenience of being able to park underground and come up in the lift....The rooms were a good size and nice with Air conditioning...Good soundproofing...

DenmarkThe hotel is situated in the center af Ústí Nad Labem - just opposite the Museum. The staff was very friendly - they also gave good advices for where to eat - and a fine map for the city. You can park below the hotel. I was very late for breakfast the first morning and the young lady very politely asked me if I wanted more before they took the food out. No hurry :-)

PolandThere're many issues during the breakfast. Lack of juices, coffee machine was broken. The variety of food wasn't too wide. Second helpings were not full, as there were lack of some warm food.
It's a very good hotel in the city centre. It's close to the shopping district. The room is very comfy and view from the window is nice. Greeting to a very nice and gentle waiter at the breakfast.
