The halls are dull and uniform, difficult to see the room numbers

The rooms are brand new, and well designed. There is a great focus on using natural materials, recycling and sustainability. There is a coffee machine in the room, and there is normal table lamp allowing one to work - somehow omitted in all hotels I have seen before.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for us. The mattress on one side was worn and crooked. The room was not cleaned at all on our last day (or the cleaning was so minimal that we didn't notice), and even though it says that sheets are changed every 3 days, it didn't seem to us that they were changed at all during out stay. Other than that, our stay was great.

Loved the location, the rooms, the staff and the hotel in general.

Menu of the hotel bar is quite basic, but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cosy.

- The continuous sound of air ventilation/cooling/heating system is a bit annoying.

- The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, always delicious and with variety of different choices. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The city center is 20-30 min by walk. The metro and bus stops are just in front of the hotel.

Nothing except we couldn’t seem to get the air conditioning to warm the room.

Lovely modern hotel. Large, well furnished room and an excellent buffet breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff on reception. It’s located slightly away from the old town, but still only a short walk. It took us about 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, making each visit enjoyable. The room service food was also delicious! The hotel is right in front of the tram stop that takes you to the old town, but the location is still walkable to the touristy places. Happy to stay at Botanique!

For smokers, it was a bit inconvenient to go outside from the front door.

Location was amazing. Literally in front of the metro station. The room was superclean. Also, after my stay, I needed assistance related to the invoice. They were so responsive and helpful.

Why there was an additional tax per person at check out, I had the option to pay with my credit card but luckily my wife had CZ dollars on hand. It was 100 CK per person.

You can't control the A/C in your room. It's fixed by the Hotel and it's not really cool.If you go in summer, it will be hot in your room for sure and really humid. The humidity In Prague is really high, like all the time, so not be able to dry in your room was really unpleasant. One complimentary bottle of water only for the first day is something to keep in mind and buy your own water for the rest of the days because is not going to be replenished.

It was amazingly clean, not sure i have seen something similar in a European hotel, before. The breakfast had variety, everything was fresh and refilled immediately after finishing. The staff was polite and helped us with our questions during our stay and with our luggage on check out day, by keeping them safe until our flight departure. The 24 hour reception and stay late bar at the lobby was something we really enjoyed. We personally loved the location. It's not exactly at the center of all but we liked the peace and the fact that train and tram station was exactly outside of the hotel.

THe beds could be larger. There are some flaws in bathroom. THe parking is with lift, which is a bit more demanding.

Very clean. Location is perfect as it’s a straight-ish walk to the square with lots of places to stop along the way. Shop and metro literally across the road. Wish we remembered to take our swimwear as there is a pool and after a day of exploring we would have loved to have used those facilities. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Thank you for a fab stay.

Good hotel in an excellent location. Right opposite to Tram, Metro and Bus stations. Lots of retail shops and restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was really good, but gets really busy after 08:30 AM. The location is very close to the Old Town, which has most of the sightseeing places.
