They had taken deposit of 100 euros and while I was checking out I never got mu deposit as the person on reception was not able to do the same. She took mu card for refund and said it will received in 2-3 days, it’s more than a week I’m back to india and I’m following up with them on call and email daily but they are not able to refund my money. Is it so difficult to refund money. I have even mailed my account statement showing I paid money and have not received anything back. Horrible. Hoping the query will get resolved soon.

We request our room to be clean up on the 3rd day of the stay,the sign on the door and also inform the reception before we went out but when we came back in the night time the room was left unclean. No clean cup and glass, not enough toilet rolls. So felt disappointed.

The yoing guy who lead us to our room on arrival was great,very helpful and friendly.

It doesn’t have control at the enter so anyone can come in and to knock at 4 am in all doors of living rooms. I had booked parking place but we came the are all parking places were already occupied. Fortunately reception lady helped me to buy parking ticket.

It has good natured persons at the reception zone. The best bed I have ever used🫶🏼

We didn’t have a full set of towels in our room when we arrived, just one small one. I found the cleaning staff a little unfriendly when I asked for some. Also door lock was broken..had to just use the chain. Very hot in the rooms too for sleeping

I wasn't too impressed by the cooked breakfast as it was cold, and the only tea available was black tea. I would have expected a slightly more cosmopolitan outlook in such a central upper-market hotel.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect just a short walk from the centre.

Hard to believe it´s a 5-star hotel. TV not working, curtains loose/damaged, letting the sun go in the morning. In general, the building/rooms need an update. 20 euros is a bit expensive for a hotel breakfast, so we went for brunch outside instead.

The room wasn't clean at all. You could see buildup in the tile grout, the shower head had water buildup, the walls were dirty and stained. The bedding was clean (thank God) but the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

The location was prime and easily accessible to all of the sites and some amazing food!

Maybe it is just personal preference but the pillow was to soft that it sink when we slept on it.

The location was great as advertised. It is walkable to almost every tourist spot. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was a fairytale! It was clean and comfortable. Would consider to stay here again if we were ever visit Prague in the future!

the breakfast was all cold which wasn't nice eating a cold cooked breakfast. The glasses provided are all child size small so you feel ignorant having to get up constantly for a drink.

The pool cost 50 euro to rent! Then I don’t think it should show in photos of what is available at hotel. I think it should be included or at much lower rate. Breakfast could have been a bit bigger but what they had was lovely.

Realet comfortable beds. Very romantic room design. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small breakfast but good quality. Great with alcohol at the breakfast as I had my birthday during holiday.
