The hotel can be a bit difficult to find if you use googlemaps 😭 it is located on a hill so it is something to consider if you have some mobility difficulties. The breakfast could have had a little more variety for vegetarians & vegans 🥺 but I was happy that there was vegan milk provided at the breakfast! When other people are going back to their rooms you can hear them very well if they are talking in the hallways 😥, but once everyone is in their rooms it is quiet 😊. The room is a little smaller than I expected.

The location was very good! We were close to the tram line aswell as the buses! The beds were so comfortable i slept very well! Also the staff were very kind and helpful 😊

No not really.

It was in a very busy, noisy and vibrant street. It was fun watching the people go by. There were also supermarkets, gift shops and some lovely restaurants and bars in that street. Also not too difficult to get to the Red Hop on Hop Off bus and one block further there were lots of trams. At the trams station there was also a lovely market on the Thursday. Breakfast was also good.

Couldn't always open electronic lock on door to enter our room. Staff helped us each time so not a major problem but a minor inconvenience.

Staff excellent, very friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location perfect for visiting sites on both asides of the river. Everywhere of interest was in walking distance. Restaurants nearby for evening meals, but the area was not noisy.

The reception closes, and to get into the hotel after 10 pm you have to call the property, get a code for a safe where the key for your room is. It would have been good to get a heads up on the process, as my parents in love were surprised about the reception being closed.

Something very odd happened. When we first arrived, I noticed one of their q-tips was dirty. It had something pink in it. I didn’t mind and threw it out. On the 2nd day the same thing happened, another dirty q-tip with something pink in it. Then when I tried to use my brow gel, it was wet. My brow gel (tube) now had the same pink liquid inside it and my make up brush as well. It is scary to think that someone has been mixing some unknown liquid inside my make up. I complained to the staff. She was nice and helpful. They compensated me with some champagne. I only complained so that they would be aware that they have staff pulling pranks and messing with guests personal items. I threw my make up after that.

The location is great. Breakfast is very good as well. Bed is comfy with lots of pillows. There are nice little welcome snacks.

The only thing that would make it amazing is the option of netflix on the TV or some English channels. Its not a big deal and not absolutely needed but would make it great!

It was very hot in our room (outside temp was around 20 degrees) The bread in the morning was hard. (2times in a row)

for me will be excellent to have kettle and tea bags in the room. also hotel suggest transfer from airport which twice as expensive than city taxi (we used taxi).

The position was great: close to Charles bridge and Prague Castle but far enough from the main turistic streets. Hotel is small and minimal but all details are highly maintained. The rooms are nice and the view on the old historical street was cozy.

Residents above us were extremely loud when walking around, not so much of a fault of the property but floors are paper thin and we were woken up a few times due to banging above so keep in mind Checking out was a bit stressful as reception didn’t show up until half an hour later than the advertised time, so keep that in mind
