No microwaves and no washing machines in the apartments. There was also kind of a gross smell coming from the bathrooms (both apartments we stayed in had the same smell), but it wasn't any kind of deal breaker.

We stayed here twice. Overall a great place to stay! Right in the center of Wenceslas Square, although the rooms are pretty soundproof so we didn't hear much outside noise which was great. The rooms we stayed in were pretty spacious and had mostly everything we needed for our short stays. The beds were comfortable and there was A/C available. The breakfast was incredible!! We stayed there a second time just for the breakfast. They had everything you could want. Also, a big thank you to Karel at reception! He was very friendly and very good at his job juggling all of the stress of guests while still being kind to everyone.

I dont have any "not likes". But as aside note and not the hotels fault..the area is very busy and construction going on out front. I wish they had better options for toiletries in the room.The 1 item in the shower not sure if it was body soap or shampoo. This is a very silly thing to say but we traveled with a back pack for the night so didn't have theses items and toiletries are listed as amenities .

The staff so helpful. The room clean . The bed was hard if you like that.They allowed us an early checkin and a late checkout for a small price. The breakfast was great alot of options, clean space.Close to transportation and can walk to many central attractions.The room was good value for the money.

Everything was great.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, making it easy to get around. We appreciated the late check-in and the friendly staff who welcomed us. The room was quiet, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Wenceslas Square and public transport are just a short walk away.

Bed is not soooo comfortable like 5 star hotels but good. There was no shampoo or soap.

The location is sooo good. 5 min to train station, near stores and markets. 10-15 minutes to everywhere and touristic places. Room was good, we didn't use the kitchen but everything is there to cook like spoons and pots. Room and the bathroom is clean and comfortable.

There is no kitchen facilities. we asked even for glasses. The cleanliness can be better. There was a hole in the curtain. There was only one electrical outlet in the kitchen.

the location was excellent, near the metro station Mustek and 15 mn in a walk distance to the old city center. Quiet and large room . the towels and sheets were very clean.

Building itself was very noisy with the doors banging whole evening - I personally would have preferred at least one teabag or coffee pod upon arrival. I could not get hold of anybody when firealarm went off in the building and I could not lift my children out of bed on my own, so suppose if the threat was genuine I would not be writing this review...

Cupboards in the kitchen were a little high. I could have done with a small step to stand on.

Rooms were big and airy. Beds were comfortable and clean. The rooms looked out on to Wenceslas Square. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and even a dish washer. The bathroom was big and pressure of hot water in the shower was great. The location was marvelous. Near enough to the main train station without being noisy.

The room had a very noticeable smell of smoke. The staff relocated us from the first room where this had been a issue. Our second room was better but still smelt. I got the sense they don't maintain a set of rooms which are kept exclusively non smoking.
