Location is great, close to the centar and main streets, the appartment is very big with all you need. I was in the end of september so the windows were closed and there was no noise from the local bars.

The beds weren't as comfortable as we were hoping but were not terrible. Apart from that we were pretty happy with our stay in Brno and would definitely stay there again.

This property is attached to a hotel with reception so check-in/key pick up was very easy. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and the reception very helpful. We had an issue with our coffee machine that couldn't be fixed while we were there so the reception brought us up coffees each morning. Locations is great, being right in the old town overlooking one of the churches. There are also great restaurants and a couple of supermarkets close by.

Don't expect quiet hours in the evening. Not suitable for those who travel by car - it is downtown so no free parking and quite crowded streets.

The centrally located apartment house (in an old building), with big rooms and high ceiling. Good value for small groups or families. Location perfect, downstairs is a popular pub (without chairs, you drink standing). Beds comfortable and big.

It can be a little noisy in the evening because of the crowd around the popular beer bar (na stojaka) in the Jakubak, but it is a charm of the city center, too.

There is literally nothing to mention

Everything is perfect The apartment is spacious, everything is clean and tidy There is everything you might need during your stay (it seems that every little detail is taken into account) Perfect location in the very heart of Brno. The street is very busy at night (which was bit scary, when we saw it for the first time, as we just stayed overnight and needed rest), but you will barely hear that in the apartment. The staff is welcoming and very helpful The best choice in Brno

Expect to navigate relatively cramped corridors on the ground floor. There is a music club in the same building on the ground floor (and basement). We had no issues with the staff/performers/guests/noise within the building, but it may be because our rooms were on the top floor.

Excellent location for those who are planning on exploring the old town on foot; not too far from the rail station. Kitchen had all the essential tools and equipment. We appreciated the extra dishwasher and washing machine pods. Having a balcony is also a massive plus, especially during the warmer months.

Smelly entrance, but no smell in the apartment.

Perfect location to travel with friends. Place is surrounded by bars, restaurants and other center activities. Room was clean. Didn't use any kitchen supplies.

We liked everything

The location, the staff, the apartment. The beds were super comfy. The location is perfect, close to all major sightseeing and good pubs. The JDParking is just 5min walk.

The receptionist was lovely and made checking-in a very easy experience! Amazed with her service and the overall hotel with such lovely amenities. I was with 16 people and we were split between two rooms. One with four rooms and a few double beds and the other one had a gorgeous roof terrace. Super unique for the price point and right in the middle of Brno as well. Could not have asked for more!

There's no table in the dining room, only in the bedroom, which is not comfortable when someone is sleeping. Also you should keep in mind that the Jacob's square is a place with plenty of bars and it's rather noisy there till late at night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. However the windows are soundproof and if you don't open them, you may sleep quietly

The location couldn't be more central, the reception is friendly and helpful. The apartment we booked was not available so they provided us with another one. The apartment we lived in was very spacious with plenty of windows and nice design. The beds were rather comfortable. There's a good coffee-machine and they refill it with the beans as soon as you ask.

The toilet was broken when we came. So a guy came twice and fortunately he could fix it in a few hours; although it was public holiday on Monday and we arrived only on Saturday.

The rooms were wide and bright. The coffe machine was absolutely professional, we enjoyed our coffees during our stay.

We had a big apartment with a terrace. Very bright clean and spacious. It was a great stay in a great location. The only weird thing was the entrance (shared with some cafe/bar) and the stairs that we had to take after the elevator. But then again that's the price for the terrace and the view of the St. Jacob cathedral you get ;) All in all great stay
