The property didn’t have working laundry services when we were there but they were really helpful!

This apartment is big and spacious and has everything you need for 3 couples. Especially great that it has 2 bathrooms. The location is amazing and the lift is a good touch! The staff and lovely and helpful and everything was comfortable

We upgraded from a standard room to a superior room as the standard room was very small and the beds were hard. The superior room was perfect.

Well positioned comfortable and clean. Had everything we were looking for. The staff were helpful and obliging. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Could do with a drying rack/draining board for kitchen. And somewhere to hang tea towel. TV made no sense. Only any use if you have a Netflix account. Just wanted to watch some news or a local channel! Bathroom needs somewhere to put a wetpack.

10 mins walk from train station. 10 mins to main square and lots of night life. Good choice of snack/grocery/cafe options locally and easy to walk to main restaurant areas. Lovely apartment. Stayed for 2 nights but would have been happy here for weeks. Well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment. Bedroom very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Apartment in old building but really nicely renovated. Fabulous traditional features like main heavy wooden doors. Soundproof. Reception manned 0900 to 1700, very helpful. Appreciated coat rack and somewhere to leave outdoor shoes.

No regular television stations. The room smelled as if someone had been smoking in it previously- curtains not fresh. No airconditioning:(

The garage for our car was located in different hotel but it didnt bother to us

Really don't like the shower fixing which you cant properly stand under and doesn't allow you to put it below head height, and didn't particularly like the small living space with low tables, that weren't easy to use for anything - too low for either making coffee or working. The most frustrating thing about this visit though was the other guests. There was a lot of noise - it is an old building so noise is expected but the front door needs fixing, and you will probably need earplugs. I think having no reception overnight encourages guests to stand around in the lobby, and make noise.

The room had everything I needed for a short stay. Bed was big, pillows comfy. Sofa was also fine for sitting for a while. Bedroom had bedside tables (the last time I stayed here I didn't have one, which was frustrating). Curtains blocked the light very well, fridge was quiet and clean, lighting was good. Wardrobe had a good selection of hangers. Basic stuff, but important to get right (and many don't!).

There were old doors and they were very difficult to open, the number of keys being one for every six people, which created difficulty.
