Brilliant location and great value for money

The hotel does nit have an elevator. Very difficult to haul luggage up so many steps. The man at the desk helped me, the woman refused to assist as I checked out. They should have someone available to help. Also..communication was difficult. I had to ask about payment for the taxi from the airport 4 times.

Rooms were lovely. The location was great. Very good value.

The general atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. If you can get room 309, I loved it but you'll need to manage the stairs as there is no elevator in this building.

The areas outside the rooms are a little dated and the walls in my room were a bit thin, could here room next door etc.

The room and bathroom were spacious and modern, very comfortable. Complimentary toiletries were nice and there was plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Netflix on tv was a great touch! Breakfast selection was good and all the staff friendly and helpful. Location was great, 5-10min walk to main square. I would 100% stay here again.

The room was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. Even cuter in person! Wonderful windows open to the street so great for people watching. Really short walking distance to the old town Square. This is a fantastic hotel and location.

No elevator for certain rooms. Staff was grumpy. Nespresso machines in the rooms but you need to by the capsules at the front desk (1eu per capsule)

Bed with 2 weird mattresses on top of each other is the wrong choice. Not that comfy but eh it’s ok😅

Location is great. We had a design room, it was really spacious and nice. it was looking to backyard kind of and it was quite mostly with double windows.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff very friendly and accommodating and the location is top notch. Really appreciated the airport transfers as well.

Double bed is actually two beds together. The bathroom was small and a bit unconfortable.

Everything is great, considering the price. A lot of choices for breakfast.

There are tea bags in the room, but no teapot. I missed having one, but the receptionist helped by suggesting I get hot water from the coffee machine in the breakfast area, even though it was around 10 p.m. No elevator. Small bathroom - not much space for all the stuff I needed. The pillows were too soft for my taste.

The room was modern, with a huge bed and a wonderful shower. Breakfast was also good and diverse. It’s also possible to store luggage at the reception for some time after check-out, which was very convenient as my train was 3 hours later. Thanks to this option, I was able to enjoy Prague a bit longer.

The only drawback is the super busy street full of bars and clubs, which are open till early morning at weekends, but that´s nothing the hotel management could sort out. Not ideal for travellers seeking for a quiet place.

The location is very convenient - close to the city centre, very good breakfast, the staff polite, helpful and informative. The hotel offers parking, which is paid but that doesn´t surprise in the city centre. The parking is available either in the street outside the hotel or in a nearby 24/7 car park within a shopping centre close to the hotel. Nice place to explore the city.

It was in a perfect location. Though the street can be busy later , the sound proof in the room was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff were excellent. Impossible to fault

The people at the reception where really nice. The room was small but totally sufficient for a one night stay it has a safe and a small fridge, all the floors are reachable by elevator. The location is super central. The bathroom was really beautiful.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well as it was really hot during the stay. The bathroom was very big and modern which was nice. The location was brilliant, close enough to the main square to make it easy to get around but far enough away to not have issues with noise. I had other friends staying at the same time in different rooms and they didn't have issues with noise either.

Not that good sound isolation for sound coming from the corridor or from the room next door.
