Soundproofing isn't the best, we could hear children running downstairs (or upstairs?) in the morning and evening. Thankfully, it wasn't during the night hours so we didn't it as much

We enjoyed everything in this hotel. The styling of the room was very tasteful, very pretty wallpapers and well furnished rooms. Beds and pillows were super comfy, we definitely had a good night sleep. Finally, breakfast buffet was very small but offered products and ingredients were of the highest quality and we also received a free yummy coffee together with a cake and freshly made omelet. Surely, this place is not cheap but it is definitely worth your money, so we will come back one day again

No minuses really, except that for the breakfast the vegan and gluten-free options are not freely available and you have to pre-order and pay extra for it.

This is a lovely boutique hotel that provides with a lovely home experience - our small studio was perfect for two people and would even allow us to cook in there. It looked stylish and neat. The bed was simply AMAZING. It was one of the best night sleeps. Another highlight of the stay was the breakfast with a very nice and diverse menu. The location is also really good as you can easily walk to the historic centre to explore it.

The hotel is very well located at the edge of the center of the city, making everything very easily accessible on foot (and with several tram stops nearby). The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, coming at an extra cost, was well worth the investment.

Beatiful design, each room is unique. In the centre, 2 minutes from everything. Great breakfast with quality ingredients - eggs and sausage made on request, not hours before. Parking in the yard for 4 Euros. Be aware, entrance IS narrow! The room is very well eqipped, slippers, earplugs, etc. just in case you need it. We will definitely come back.

The bathroom was just with bath no shower (my personal preference). Entrance into the parking is narrow as shown in description, if you are travelling during weekend/holiday better to park on street, where always was the space and it’s for free out of business days

Small and cosy place very close to the center. The room was very comfortable, with everything you need. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and tasty, and the stuff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own parking in the courtyard, payable extra fee, but very acceptable price for the possibility to leave your car so close to the center (parking places along the street were always occupied, and prices for street parking are much higher). There was no problem for leaving the car in the hotel parking before check-in and after check-out. During the stay I felt like somewhere in the village, far away from city noise: the room was very quiet (with windows to the courtyard), no sounds of the cars or any walking companies in the evening, only birds singing :) This hotel is a wonderful place and I deeply recommend it for everybody to comfortable stay in beautiful Olomouc city!

Right next to our head was the boiler that kept making sounds all through the night, as did the fridge. I am very sensitive to sounds and so I was disturbed by them. Others may not care so much. In the shower there was no where to place the soap.

The room is nice and spacious and so is the bathroom. The location is right next to the old town. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The only unpleasant thing was that the water came out EXTREMELY hot from the faucet and shower. I think this could be improved by setting a maximum temperature for the water boiler.

We loved this hotel for a family trip to Olomouc. The location is very convenient to explore the old town on foot and close to several tram stops. Our apartment (apt. 13) was gorgeous. Plenty of space, nicely furnished and with attention to detail. The bedroom had enough space to easily fit a cot. And the bed was so comfortable! We slept very well there. The staff was pleasant and we looked forward to the breakfast every morning. For those traveling with toddlers: high chairs are available!

Car park with charger for electric car. Very cosy apartament with nice design. Situated 5 mins walk from the central market of the city. Absolutely lavish breakfast with phenomenal omelette and not only. Very nice and helpful personel.

there is only one thing that prevented me from falling asleep - I believe someone above me was taking shower very very long time however, overall it is an amazing place with amazing staff
