The pool however is tiny, more of a sit-in pool than a swimming pool. Don't expect to swim there. The gym is almost as big as a closet. They have some equipment lined up like bikes and one of these running conveyor things. (I think) Maybe 2 or 3 of these big balls to lay on, and some skipping ropes. The skipping ropes you would have to do outside of the gym in the hallway since there's no room for skipping in the gym itself. The hallway is right by the spa where they do the beauty applications. So you'd be disturbing everyone else.

The hotel and the room were beautiful and clean. The rooms were quiet. The breakfast buffet has had a nice variety. The staff is friendly. It is walking distance to the heart of Marienbad. The spa offers health and beauty applications. It would be wise to book them in advance. They were all friendly. They have saunas one can use. The hotel is dog friendly. We enjoyed our visit very much.

You could hear the others fron the other room even the streetnoise was also anoying. The wellnes is really small, however the Sauna was broken.

Water temperature a little bit low, after 15 minutes in the pool I started to feel cold. Close time of the pool very earlier (8:00). Most of the staff don't speak English.

Breakfast and dinner was very good, location is good and central. Parking price. The room was very spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is also very good (fast and strong signal).

Everything was perfect! The room was big and clean, the lady at the reception was really nice, she let us stay in the swimming pool after we did the check-out. The hotel was situated in the center, it's a perfect localisation, I recommend this hotel!! 😀

The windows are not sound proof and there was a lot of noise from the street at night. Plus they were leaking cold air from everywhere. The heaters were on highest level and did not work. The room service only fix the beds and organise rhe bathroom without vaccuming or really cleaning. The water in the swimming pool was a bit cold as well. Rooms could use a bit of renovation and decoration.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We could park for free in Kaufland which is a 5 minutes walk away. Restaurants in the area have excellent food as well. Breakfast was super with lots of variety. Staff is very helpful and nice.

I recently had the chance to stay in your hotel and was quite dismayed to find out that in your hotel, dinner was not at all in good taste. The food was well below average and by no means did it match up to my expectations. Not only that, the waitress was very visibly upset when I could not finish my soup and the potatoes that came as part of a main order. Overall, the dinner service was very poor and lacked a lot to be desired. This part of my stay took much away from the otherwise good visit that I had. P.S. this girl was blonde, I guess she was Ukrainian, why is this important, because there are other girls working there, mostly brunettes, and at breakfast they served us, and there was no hint that we were doing anything wrong

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing. The housekeeping was great and ensured my room was spotless during my entire stay. However, the best part has to be the quality for the cost; I couldn’t believe how great my experience, service, and amenities were for such an affordable cost. P.S. breakfast was amazing

This is not a four-star hotel. Maybe 10 years ago it was but now it certainly doesn't deserve that fourth star. The reception speaks mainly German, no one spoke English, so if you don't know German you are left with a translator. One of the people at the reception (an older man) extremely unpleasant, even disgusting (he burped loudly with absolutely no attention to the guests sitting in the lobby). Very uncultured. Breakfast quite poor, two types of vegetables. During meals 1 person serving the room, even at full hotel occupancy. This resulted in shortages of some products in the buffet. The pool is basically a bigger bathtub, nevertheless this is what I was prepared for after reading the descriptions of other guests. The rooms on the top, third floor, should definitely have air conditioning. at 25 degrees it was hard to stand there - I can't imagine what it must be like there in full summer. Cleaning - it is definitely not every day as the hotel declares in the description. there was one day where the 3rd floor was not cleaned at all. Bathrooms and corridor to be renovated. No kettle in the room - nowhere in the hotel can you heat water for yourself in the evening. I could definitely summarise this hotel as a strong saver on everything.

The main problem of our stay was that when we arrived at the hotel, all wellness services such as cosmetics and massages were booked out!!!! This is absolutely inappropriate for a wellness hotel. We have been told that only the guests that book the entire package have the possibility for the massage, but we were not aware of this in advance. We had a room reservation for more than two weeks, so the hotel had enough time to email us and ask about the massage. The second thing, which is even worse, was the absolutely zero willingness from the staff to offer us any compensation or to show any care regarding that they cannot fulfill our expectations. I consider this as a severe lack of professionalism and empathy, especially if you want to call yourself a 4-star wellness hotel!!!

The personnel in the restaurant was really nice and friendly. Although we could not select the first dinner, the food was very delicious. Excellent dinner and breakfast provided everything we needed. The room was clean and provided enough space for a short stay.

We had a room including dinner just to be told at check-in that we had to be present for dinner exactly 19:00 and not as expected during the announced opening hours of the restaurant. When we showed up at 19:00 the restaurant was nearly full and the staff not able to cope with the number of guests. We could not order drinks until just before the desert and the food was at best mediocre, just small portions of boring, dry food.

The only downside was that it was a bit noisy from the street traffic and we had to keep the window closed even though there wasn't air-conditioning. It is not unusual for this area not to have air-conditioning.

The location is great. Room is spacious with a balcony and a window, very light. Breakfast and dinner very good.

Buffet didn’t had much quality and the selection was weird, of the 3 days just one I had scrambled egg, the bacon was weird and the fried eggs were more like boiled because of being kept too long in the couverture. The buffet ends at 10, if you go at 9:30 it’s already almost depleted. Overall everything was kinda old in the hotel, furniture , room, not even a bottle of water we had in the room, although we had a mini fridge which wasn’t clean. I would rate this hotel as a 3 stars rather than 4. Everything was ok but nothing special, I was expecting much better.

Staff was nice, location also was good, free access to pool, sauna and small fitness room.
