The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel after daily travelling around the city. The rooms are spacious, the beds and bathroom are luxurious. The breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast buffet could have more food variety. Sound insulation in the room could be better, as I could hear the street noise.

Very spacious well designed rooms in a perfect central location. The restaurant has exceptionally good Czech wine at affordable prices and interesting vegetarian dishes.

No view. The street was a bit noisy but it didn't disturb our sleep. We were staying on the 8th floor.

The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The buffet was very good and tasty. The location is 3min walk to wenceslas square and 7min walk to the metro. The staff was kind and generous.

I didn't like the fact that it's not possible to pay in euros with a credit card (with cash it's possible), while the amount was represented in euros. Even at the hotel, I was told a price for an extra night in euros and not in czk. The problem with that is that the hotel exchange rate is much higher than the market, so you pay a lot more. If I had known that in advance, I would have paid before arrival at booking.com or bringing enough cash for that.

The hotel is in a great location, 150 m from Vaclev Square. The room was exactly like in the photos. The stuff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. Very good cleaning and even the housekeeping is friendly. The breakfast was nice, my girl loved it, I thought it could be a little better.

Our stay was fantastic! The beautifully renovated hotel impressed us with its spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms featuring incredibly cozy beds. The breakfast was exceptional. Pro tip: Try the Lecho from the à la carte menu - we're already missing this delicious dish! 🥹 What truly stood out was the staff - always kind and incredibly helpful. Special mention goes to Sujeewa, who welcomed us during breakfast every morning with a big smile and enjoyable chats. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague! 🥰

Generally speaking there were nothing we had problems with during our stay, even the elevator was fast going up to our room's floor.

The hotel is practically in city center of the city, very close to public transport stations, and by close I mean 15 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the metro, and there are basically a ton of options to eat and/or entertain someone in the vicinity. I'd personally like to recommend the restaurant "husinecrestaurace.cz" which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and one of the nicest places I've ever been with mind blowing food and affordable prices; from our three nights, two times we ate there. :) During our stay which lasted three nights, we requested breakfast, the options have been buffet and á la carte. The á la carte options varied a bit each morning, with some items such as eggs benedict and avocado toast being an option each time, while the buffet remained practically the same: scrambled eggs, fried bacon, beans in tomato sauce, grilled sausages, a wide variety of baked goods, various fruits, and so on. The restaurant staff who we've met have been super friendly and professional, we'd like to give special thanks to Julianna who upon recognizing my wife's pregnancy, provided her outstanding support with customizing orders and in general hospitality on extraordinary level, Julianna (and any other waiter/waitress we met) rocks. :) Our room was a standard bedroom+bathroom combo on the 8th floor, with a view to the inner courtyard and some parts of the city. Cleanliness was spot on - kudos to the roomkeeping service - the AC cooled the room to a comfortable 21-22 degrees celsius all the time, ventillation was also great. The TV had cable included, we could watch a bunch of local and international channels in our spare time, also the "Hotel Menu" which is practically a home screen app provided useful and up to date information about the hotel's services and our bill as well.

Coffee machine in our room wasn’t great. Not a lot of English channels on the TV but this is an observation rather than a complaint. Not worth spending more on a 7th floor balcony as the walls were really high & you couldn’t see anything.

Bed linen, duvet & bed were really comfy. Quiet rooms. Lovely anniversary welcome. Nice bathrooms. Good breakfast buffet. Bar open until 12 midnight
