The rooms are very old, not at all as in the pictures nad could have been cleaned better.

The sheets were very nice and confy, good breakfast, quiet area with nice view to the city, great staff.

No AC so it was almost impossible to sleep, especially in the upper floors. The double rooms were very small (the pictures and the reality are not the same). The bathrooms for the double rooms (at least 4th floor) were tiny

The breakfast was ok and the fact that the hotel staff helped with the reservation for the parking.

The hotel is clean...the room is reasonable for one person. the breakfast is good...friendly staff. And I would like to mention especially at the reception, Anastasia she is nice and polite, helpful with a smile and enthusiasm.

No good view from my room, room was small, only one chair in a bedroom for 2 people.

Good location, far from city center but reachable with tram, quiet and peaceful surrounding. Awesome brakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and service.

Wifi in our room was very unstable and fluctuating. Breakfast was great except for the coffee.

Good size room for the family, clean with everything we needed. Good location, close by metro and tram station. Very nice breakfast choice.

I should checked first before I paid for the internal parking lot how does it actually look like. I did not check, so I should not complain now but it is really small and mega difficult to maneuver. That is why I recommend first asking about all the possibilities, e.g. about the external parking which is for a lower price and really good.

The hotel is pleasantly located, on the hill, with a nice panorama of the city. A quiet district, close to metro station and tram stops. The interiors themselves and the room for a maximum of 3 stars based my experience. Advantage is a fridge and an electric kettle in the room. Our room was with windows for the inner courtyard - very quiet. Decent breakfast.

It does not look that good in reality like on photos. Quite old building. Rooms are ok, but nothing great.

4th Floor too hot in summer, NO AIR CONDITIONING. A simple ceiling fan does help but its hard to sleep. Asked CLEARLY for a double bed as an option on the booking request which was confirmed only to find it was two singles next to each other. When challenged was told they dont have double beds!

Hotel is clean and well run. Location not too far from the metro by foot. Breakfast excellent as are the staff serving too

Air conditioner was missing. It was really hot the first night. Fans didn't help much. It is pretty far away from the city center, if you only use public transport. However we traveled by car and it takes only 15 min from the hotel to the city center. So not so bad, if you have a car. Parking on the area is available, but not free. Costs around 10e per day.

Beds are comfortable, and the apartment is spacious, very clean and well kept. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Clean and cozy hotel overall. Great view to the city of Prague from the 4th floor at least.

Comfortable hotel situated on a quiet street in Kobylisy. It is near the C Metro, and it is also near 3 tram stops,. The breakfast had good options, the staff were nice.

Pillow were terrible, Quite noisy sorrounding, even room is facing garden,just one street up is street where tram goes,and it is constant noise. Soundproof is not good, you can hear everything.

Location has a good connection to the city center with tram or metro. Breakfast was various and tasty. Bed was comfortable. Most of the staff very friendly. They have made us lunch box, because we check out before breakfast.

Breakfast was really good but could be better somehow . But this is totally from my culture which has great options at the breakfast . Anyone would be satisfied . Someone had dropped her hair on the yogurt unfortunately maybe they can cover them with a cling

The staffs were really kind and helpful , I specially want to thank cleaners , because it was even cleaner than my home . Cleaners deserve a good salary

The hotel is rated 4*, but even under the Czech terms this is not what I would give it. Perhaps 3* would suit it more. The room was smaller but fine, but bathroom was dated. Breakfast albeit ok was basic so don't expect anything extra. Unfortunately WiFi was very bad. The signal strength was good but the data flow unreliable and often not functional. So if you need to work from the location for instance this is not an option.

The personal was kind and helpful. Room smaller but spacious enough. Breakfast decent. The hotel is not far away from a tram stop and in a walkable distance from a metro station too.

Noise from the neighboring rooms is quite strong. The television switches on automatically all the time when you enter the room.

Overall, installations are well.
