Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe bath towels, although clean, had definitely seen better days. Also, although it may sound a bit over the top, the shower curtain was way too long which is annoying. The shower/flex hose, could also be longer. I am not particularly tall but the hose was short.
It is a spacious apartment within a dated apartment block. It was clean and in a great central location. The service via email was excellent.

GreeceThe curtains were a bit small at the one bedroom and the sun entered in the room. The windows weren’t soundproof, so we had some noise. Τhe building and the apartment are old and needs some extra care.
Large and comfortable apartment, very clean and well equipped. The location was great, close to old town and to restaurants and coffee shops, which are not many as we understood at Nicosia.

SpainI could not find detergent to do the laundry but I used soap instead. Beyond that. everything was perfect. We are very grateful and pleased with our stay.
The location, the availability and flexibility of the hosts, the privacy in the building and within the flat, the space, the tranquility, the small balconies. Every room is fully equipped. The fact that there is a toilet and a fully-equipped bathroom. Very cosy and chic flat.

AustraliaI had the pleasure of being the first-ever customer at Urban Condo No. 10 in Nicosia, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. This newly listed two-bedroom apartment is a gem just a 5-minute walk from the city center and a mere 10 minutes from the Turkish border. The property manager, Isabella, was outstanding. She promptly responded to all our queries and made our stay hassle-free. One more highlight of Urban Condo No. 10 was the super-fast and free internet, which is a real bonus for those who need to stay connected or stream content during their stay. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, including toiletries. The presence of two toilets in the apartment is a fantastic feature, especially for larger families, adding convenience and ensuring that everyone can freshen up or use the facilities without any hassle. The washing machine was a blessing, especially in the hot weather, as it allowed us to easily keep our clothes fresh. A delightful surprise was the coffee machine with coffee, as well as the welcome bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. The three balconies offered lovely views and great places to unwind. The brand-new beds and bedding ensured a comfortable and restful night's sleep. We truly loved our stay at Urban Condo No. 10 and wished we had more time to spend there. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nicosia.

CyprusThe space felt a bit unorganized. There was no blind in the bedroom and sun was coming in bright and early, no EU plugs, no warm water (you had to wait for the boiler to heat it up and I was rushing for work), the bathtub is so small you practically shower with the curtain on you. Overall the space is partially renovated and it shows.
I like the Urban team, they are very organized and thoughtful, as a frequent visitor in their other flats, I could see their touch everywhere.

RomaniaThe entrance door does not have any kind of security. The noise from the street and the traffic can be heard in the apartment. Noisy neighbors, they partied until 5 in the morning.
Confy bed. Good location. Free NETFLIX. Free water in the frige, coffe, tea. Parking in front of the building, 3EUR/day.
