I can only say Excellent. The hospitality, the messages about open questions, the process before and after the stay, the apartment itself and the parking option. Very safe. The apartment is only 500m walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the Ledra checkpoint. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. A small supermarket within sight. The apartment itself is very clean, lovingly furnished and has everything you need for your stay. For many years, when we have traveled all over the world, this is one of our top 10. I can only say thank you for everything. Definitely recommended.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very well equipped, spacious and an excellent location with only a 5 minute walk to Eleftheria Square. The host sent detailed instructions on how to get there and enter the property. The car park was definitely a bonus and we were supplied with a card to access the car park. At the end of our stay the concierge, Mrs Fotini, was very helpful.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and in a great location; just a 5 minute walk from the old city. There is free private parking in the patio behind the building. The host is very responsive and helpful. Easy check-in. Good WiFi connection.

The appartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. Looks nice and also a very safe place. I like the location also, very convenient: close to the bus station (ca. 4 min. walk), the old city walls (ca. 4 min. walk) and a modern shopping street (ca. 5 min. walk). I stayed here four nights. A real 'home'.

The host was very responsive and friendly. We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. Everything was clean and new. Walking distance to the city centre. Free parking right in front of the door. We were allowed to leave the car on the car park for an extra two hours after check-out. Would highly recommend!

Pavlina was always very attentive and helpful and so was Fotini. We stayed one week there and we felt like at home. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully refurbished with a very good taste, and with everything you might need. Even, Netflix. Close to both the modern centre and the historic old part of Nicosia. I'd repeat if I ever come to the capital of Cyprus. Thanks for everything!!😊

Great communication from the host. Easy free parking on site. Only a few minutes walk to old city. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Super clean. It's really secure. It actually is much much nicer than it looks in the photos!

The need to turn on the boiler for some time before taking a warm shower, but this was not a significant inconvenience. Some nearby construction noise nearby.

Lots of space, clean, full kitchen. Overall lovely apartment and easy to walk to many venues. It was even cleaned once during our 5-day stay, which was particularly helpful to clean out the small garbage can in the bathroom. Host was very responsive and also helped book a great taxi to the airport.

The place was nicely furnished (also cosily decorated for the winter festivities), extremely clean and had all the necessary amenities. I had one additional request and hostess Pavlina went above and beyond to make it happen. If I ever planned to visit Nicosia again, I would never look up for another place to stay.

Pavlina is very responsive; the concierge Mrs. Fotini meet with us at the from entrance of the Parking and assisted us to park and provided us with the keys. The concierge doesn't speak english but can explain all the basic information and need-to-know instructions in a very helpful way. Pavlina is a superhost; she provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants around the area when we inquired.

We didn't really mind, just find these worth mentioning for others: The streets and construction sites near the building complex can get a little noisy, also at night. You need to know 20 mins in advance that you need hot water, as there is a switch and some waiting time.

Very clean place with private parking, located close to everything. The owner and caretaker are both lovely and made us feel welcome from the first moment. I would have given the place a 9, but want to appreciate with a 10 how helpful they actually are. After arriving in Nicosia, we found our previously booked place unavailable. Booking.com helped us find Pavlina and her spacious apartment close-by. Within just minutes, we had spoken to her, visited the place and re-booked, which saved us a lot of hassle. Will definitely book here straightaway next time. Thank you!

The only minor issue was that you cannot drink the water , only time we found this in our travels around Cyprus. Not a big issue as say to get bottled water locally or could build the water using the kettle.

The apartment was exceptional in all respects, immaculate, large, wonderful decor, well equipped, good location, easy parking. We were met on arrival by the concierge of the apartment bock and she showed us where to park, and then showed us around the entire apartment explaining how everything worked. There are also plenty of good restaurants in the local area

No Complaints

The communication was excellent by Pavlina. Upon arrival for parking accommodations, the host was there within a few minutes. The accommodations were great...clean and every need was always met, even provided us with a few packets for washing machine instead of having to buy a whole box. The location is excellent for touring old Nicosia within the walls. Wouldn't be any more than a 5 minute walk to Ledra Street. Security was great with a locked entryway before your apartment. We loved our stay! We would definitely return to this apartment in the future.

The entrance to the building didn't look very nice but thankfully it was clean inside in the building and no problem at all otherwise.

Superb apartment in the best location- very comfortable, spacious & bright bedroom with quality linen - fully equipped kitchen - cozy sitting room - I loved the shower in the bathroom - very quiet because of the double windows - Bottle of water - different kinds of coffee and tea available- an adaptor for EU PLUGS - In general very well thought out and the Host Ms. Pavlina very polite and responsive - I will stay again on the next visit to Nicosia
