Actually there was nothing what we really disliked. Google maps are naughty in Cyprus overall and it was a bit complicated to find the cottages in a dark when we arrived. Finally we had to make a call to Dora and she explained us the way. I think we wouldn’t have this problem in a day time because there are few signs in a village

The cottages are located in a small village up to the mountains what gives you an experience of the local life, not a tourist place. There are couple of taverns in a village and also a coffeeshop in a neighbouring village. The taverns are closed sometimes so better to be prepared with the food. But if you have a car, it’s quite easy to find a place to eat in the neighbourhood like Pissouri. The road to the village is good quality and very quiet. It’s around 15 minutes drive to the closest beaches. We liked Turtle Beach because there was no people and the rocks around are very beautiful. The easiest beach with the cafe and sun beds, if you need it, is Melanda beach, also quite attractive and clean. The studios are made from an old winery and it looks very unusual, with the beautiful garden and lovely jasmine smell. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. We slept very good because it was really quiet and dark in the night time inside. Important thing is an easy parking on a street. Maybe because we were in September but it always was a parking space around. Dora is a very good host. She treated us with Cyprus coffee, sweets and even local wine and zivania) Also she was helpful and told us about the place.

Just a great place to spend a few days away from the usual Limassol and Paphos beach hotels.

    There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Nicholas and Maria make you feel incredibly welcome in the fantastic property developed from its winery roots. Private, quiet and idilic, the place comes well recommended.
