The crowded periods at the pool, because they overbooked the hotel, and move some people to the nearest hotel. All those people were coming to the pool at Margadina.

Great location (near center but relatively quiet), great room (spacious, clean, comfortable, beautiful see view), great value for money. Lovely spa. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet since we decided to eat in.

We were on the 4th floor, hallway was very pleasant. Rooms good size, Bed and Sofa bed were comfortable, bathroom was outstanding and all very clean. Breakfast was decent, very , very good value for money . Location is also extremely good, very close to the old harbour, and the beach

The air conditioner was a bit old and noisy, but it worked well. The room was smaller than we expected based on the photos, and we were given a different room than the one we booked. The problem was that it was connected to another room, so we could hear people next door. The pool was also really small for the number of people. Additionally, the bathroom was old-fashioned and needs an upgrade for a 4-star hotel. Lastly, the parking area was very small, and there wasn't always available parking.

The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere at the pool was relaxing, the staff was polite and helpful, and the beds were comfortable.

The pool was located on the basement floor , other hotels had open pool bars etc and also bigger place and seats. As a result we did not use the pool at all.

The sheets were a bit dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned before we checked in but rather a long time ago.

The location was good and the pool was nice. The breakfast was also really good with a lot of choices.

Bathroom needs attention very clean but shower head doesn't stay on the stand and there was a funky smell ... Air-condition a bit noisy and smells a bit funky also..

Probably the best hotel in the Area, big nice rooms, great food, all good facilities, two pools and lots of areas for children of all ages. The best service and polite staff, Elina on the reception gave us the best service ever. Thank you so much, it’s our second time at the hotel and we will be coming back.

The only negative was the size of the pool. It was small and got very busy as we are in peak season…people would reserve loungers with towels in the small hours of the morning and then you wouldn’t see them until the afternoon if at all. This annoyed me. As a consequence we only spent one day by the pool and the rest at beaches. Nissi is a must.

The location was superb. Very close to the beach and Ayia Napa central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend the spa - the ladies there were very kind and I had an amazing massage and facial there during my stay. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We also received a free upgrade to a suite with 2 rooms! Room 403, on top floor - huge! 2 TVS, massive bathroom with jacuzzi bath, large L shaped sofa, large balcony. I couldn’t complain!
