Everything… This hotel does not disappoint on any level. The staff were all excellent, and all extremely hard working. Also, the hotel was kept immaculately clean inside and out. I especially loved the pool area which was one of the best I have encountered and I have travelled extensively around the world, it reminded me of a pool that you would find in the Far East. We only stayed for a few days but wished it had been longer. Well done to everyone, and enjoy your winter break.. it’s very well deserved!! Bravo 👏 Ps.. If only every hotel could be like yours then holidaying would always be a pleasurable experience!!

The pools are amazing but if there is something minor to mention is that the water temperature is pretty low. Other than that, everything is on the highest level

The place is amazing! It's very beautiful, the stuff is very kind, and everything is clean. The hotel has 3 more restaurants in addition to the buffet, and it feels like they put a lot of thought for each detail. I highly recommend.

Hard to limit to a couple of sentences. Room was luxurious, modern and spotless. The hotel had the cleanest pool area I’ve ever seen. The pools were beautiful. And the gardens surrounding. Great food, even buffet which was hot and fresh. Amazing cocktails at Selene. Staff were helpful friendly and engaging. Hotel was an oasis of calm on the crazy town! Oh and the sunbed allocation is a brilliant idea.

A few small points for improvement: The beds were a little softer than our preference, but others might find them perfect. The outside tables at the main restaurant were uncomfortable—the inner frame kept bruising our knees, and we noticed other guests struggling with them too. We also had a mixed experience at the "Nocturne" restaurant tasting. The staff were, as always, wonderful, but the overall experience felt rushed, with dishes coming out too quickly, and the staff seemed stressed. Slowing down the pace would elevate it to a proper fine dining experience. While most of the dishes were good, the wagyu starter unfortunately was disappointing. The bread and wine were great, as was the black Angus steak, but some items missed the mark, like the duck ravioli, which was slightly undercooked, and the kingfish starter, which was overpowered by the sauce. The pineapple sorbet palate cleanser was also too sweet and large, making it feel more like a dessert. That said, the actual desserts were nice.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly lovely—this really stood out to us. We also loved the half-board upgrade; it’s great value, and we appreciated being able to choose between lunch or dinner, along with the included bottle of wine or beer options. The gym was nice, and the spa facilities, including the indoor pool, were fantastic. The outdoor pool was gorgeous, and having assigned sunbeds was a nice touch. The rooms were lovely, with excellent air conditioning, plenty of storage, and thoughtful amenities like a pillow menu. We especially enjoyed the Asian restaurant on the rooftop—every dish was outstanding, and the wine and sake selection was perfect. The evening entertainment at the bar created a wonderful atmosphere, and we enjoyed the live music every time we went. Breakfast was tasty, though I would suggest making items like waffles, French toast, and pancakes to order as they tended to get cold when sitting out.

Overall, it's totally a 9.9 hotel, the only reason I wouldn't give it a 10, are little things- like bathtub and shower not sealed properly, so you get a little pool on the floor after each shower...but doesn't ruin the overall great experience.

Service and staff are super hospitable. Great hotel for couples. Clean and high-end facilities.

The staff were really nice and friendly, and the place was beautiful and spotless. The pools were stunning and surprisingly large, and it was fantastic to have cocktails brought right to my sunbed. The live music every evening and the delicious cocktails at the bar made the stay even better.

The hotel is not quite near the beach, but the swimming pool is compensating a lot. As a plus, you have reserved beds for all stay, therefore there is no "fight" for them in the morning.

The hotel is clean and quiet, the most I enjoyed you cannot hear noises from other rooms or hallways or outside. The breakfast is well- balanced and varied, there are a lot of choices you can easily do. The personnel is nice and willing to help, both on hotel and restaurant areas. If you are coming with a car, the hotel has a parking area, but if full, there is also a parking possibility right in front of the hotel. In a nutshell, it was a very relaxing holiday.

I was staying full board and the food was excellent, fresh, tasty and lots of variety at bfast, lunch and dinner. The sushi restaurant on site was exceptional. The pool area is so well organised, clean and very open, you get assigned your own loungers for your stay. The staff in the hotel are very attentive (Inna) and the spa is worth the visit (Irina)...Last, the location is also excellent as you are very close to the busy party center but far enough not to be bothered by it if you are looking for peace and quiet. I will definitely come back

Food was ok'eish , but that typical for Cyprus and Greek islands , we always ate lunches at top restaurants around. Hotel's a la carte restaurant on the roof is worth to try for experience - but servings are overpriced , beautiful but not so tasty .

The room was excellent view and cleanness and all necessary stuff. Pool really inviting and fun to be with your loved one. Many details well thought , bar is great, will definitely come back.
