The room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. Good lighting in the bedroom and the bathroom. Pool area was a great suntrap for sunbathing. There was ample choice of breakfast in the restaurant.

I'm afraid there was the smell of garlic from the restaurant opposite the hotel every day which wasn't very pleasant apart from that, everything else about the Frangiorgio Hotel was really nice. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Nothing, everything was OK! Unfortunately for us, we did not have time to taste the included breakfast, so I cannot comment on that honestly - but it's nice that it was included in the price if we wanted to.

Great value for money hotel. It's a short distance walk from the Finikoudes boardwalk, and is less pricey then the beach-front hotels there. For a very reasonable price, we got a great room with a huge bed, which was very clean and it suited our needs perfectly. A really nice touch was that we got upgraded from a regular double room to a junior suite for free when we got there - we highly appreciated it, and it immediately made us feel welcomed. In fact, I would like to say that the booking.com pictures/vibe did NOT do the hotel justice - we only needed it for 1.5 days because we had stopped in Larnaca only to take a next-day flight, so we didn't look for anything too fancy, and we were actually very pleasantly surprised with it, and were very happy we booked it! So much so that we later booked it for another night the following week when we had our flight back home through Larnaca again. Also, there is a bus station right below the hotel where you can get a bus to/from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff was professional and friendly and reception is 24/7. There is everything you need nearby (a small convenience store just below the hotel, Costa Coffee, ATM, and so on).

The major issue was the lack of a proper chair (no backrest) for working on the desk. Business travellers may find it uncomfortable to work. The light was excellent at the expense of having direct sun light in the room and/or lack of privacy.

Room was spacious, clean with good amenities (bathrobe, slippers, iron board) and comfortable bed. Location is also very good.

Wifi was unstable No english speaking channels on tv Staff weren't very nice. No parking in the hotel, we arrived at 11 pm and the reception told us to park in the street but there weren't any spots and didn't know about any parking garages

Breakfast was good in overall but for those staying for lets say > 3 , 4 days, it's gonna become repetitive, perhaps a rotation in menu would help to make it look more appealing. Also the rooftop has some swimming pool with bar/tables but for evening/night night time it's closed if someone wants to relax there

Comfy hotel in a great location nearby sea and yet away from the noise of many tourists by the shore. Clean rooms with friendly staff and worth the price certainly. Highly recommending the hotel if you're after couple of days of stay, it worth it!

All the things that I experienced in the relatively short time were really good, so nothing to note here actually.

The hotel is less than 600m from Finikoudes beach Larnaca bus station, so very easy to reach from there. I only had a one-night stay because my flight from Larnaca airport was very early the next day. Communication with the hotel was fast and reliable. They reserved a taxi for me and also prepared a lunch-box because I could not make it for regular breakfast. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large enough. Airconditioning worked well, and wifi worked fast and reliable.

the room is big but not recommending for big kids to stay with, it's not cheap hotel. some wet smell in the room, the pool also don't have stair same level of water 1.3meter depth,
