We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandBreakfast was good in overall but for those staying for lets say > 3 , 4 days, it's gonna become repetitive, perhaps a rotation in menu would help to make it look more appealing. Also the rooftop has some swimming pool with bar/tables but for evening/night night time it's closed if someone wants to relax there
Comfy hotel in a great location nearby sea and yet away from the noise of many tourists by the shore. Clean rooms with friendly staff and worth the price certainly. Highly recommending the hotel if you're after couple of days of stay, it worth it!

Czech RepublicAll the things that I experienced in the relatively short time were really good, so nothing to note here actually.
The hotel is less than 600m from Finikoudes beach Larnaca bus station, so very easy to reach from there. I only had a one-night stay because my flight from Larnaca airport was very early the next day. Communication with the hotel was fast and reliable. They reserved a taxi for me and also prepared a lunch-box because I could not make it for regular breakfast. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and large enough. Airconditioning worked well, and wifi worked fast and reliable.

CyprusThere could have been a bit more coffee and milk in the room, as with only 2 milks we could only have 1 drink each. The breakfast spread was very varied, however the hot food let you down as it was not hot at all and the eggs were cold.
Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Just what we needed for the night.

MaltaA minor thing was a curtain which was falling off at the side because of a broken hook which no one reported/took care of it for the 5 days of my stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well loccated about 2 corners away from the seaside promenade and the old town centre. The hotel room was very well equipped with airconditioning - a must in the hot Mediterranean weather nowadays, tea coffee making facilities, toiletries (including bathrobe and slippers, a shower cap and a few other vanity items).

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had a flight in the evening so they allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel while we went out and then came to pick it up before we left to the airport. it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for our one night stop over.

United KingdomThe TV in the room was a old model didn’t have access to any apps so was stuck watching Cyprus Television also I payed €50 euro for one of your colleagues to buy flowers ready for when my girlfriend arrived the flowers where not worth €50 I was overcharged which I didn’t really appreciate.
The room itself was as explained lovely overall bathroom was nice. Pool was quite not to busy
