Great location, everything to hand, beach five minutes away and bars and restaurants the same

One of the beds in the downstairs bedroom was a bit creaky but did not prevent a good nights sleep

Pool was clean and well maintained, The manager and owner of the Flouressia Gardens and Villas were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, The location was great with good bars and restaurants close by and a 15/20 minute walk along the coastal walkway took you into the main Protaras, The villa was very clean and well equipped and in a quiet location with a few small sandy beaches within easy walking distance.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. If you travel with kids there is a lot of toys. Very peaceful place and beach area is near - 10 min walk. Room has everything you need for vacation.

Apartments were lovely. Nothing we didn't like. Regarding the area, Protaras is nearby and has shops and restaurants, however it's very touristy and a bit 'British'. We drove to other restaurants in nearby towns for local food and they were lovely.

Lovely apartments and very friendly staff. Great value for money and perfect for our family. We had a one bedroom bungalow for 2 adults and 2 young kids. They loved the pool. The beach is close by and you can walk over. I would recommend hiring a car as the beaches and the caves close by are beautiful.

The shower could have been slightly better but was adequate.

The proximity to beaches was very good as only a short walk. The apartment catered to all our needs with large balcony with attractive outlook and seating with sun in morning and shade in hot afternoons. Helpful and friendly owners.

It’s family run with lovely touches. Coconut cake when you arrive. Getting a few hours late check out was not an issue. 15 minute walk to wonderful small beaches and also in to town.

The kitchen is bit less attractive in real in comparison with the pictures, but everything was working and kitchen is not that needed on holiday :)

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, nice terrace, flowers everywhere, very nice pool and great location. The owner was amazing and helpful.

We did not dislike anything about the property other than that we wished we had booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 of us. As it was a bit of a squeeze!

We stayed as a family of 5 for the first time at the Flouressia Gardens. It was a home from home feel in a 2bed apartment. The beds were very comfortable, which makes a nice change when staying abroad. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items for a true self catering holiday if you require it. A lovely bbq area outside which we unfortunately didn’t use due to eating our everyday. But it was nice to have the option. The location was perfect for what we wanted it for. Walking distance to some restaurants, the beach etc. The pool was a lovely quiet area and big enough for us to enjoy. Plenty of sun beds this isn’t like a normal tourist place where you’ll be dashing to grab sun beds. We would recommend the accommodation to friends and family. We hope to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

Maybe make the beds a little higher as they are futon style and when you are elderly it can be difficult to get out ,but we managed and not too much to worry about

Only criticism would be the lack of English TV channels, but hey when on holiday this should not be a big deal.

We stayed in a 3 bed villa...it was very clean and modern and facilities were very good....private pool was amazing....host and daughter very friendly and bought us homemade coconut cake 😃 We were stranded due to English Air traffic control, and the hosts were very friendly, and arranged for us to stay longer at the complex...Great hosts

Really lovely, laid back complex with a large well equipped apartment. Based in a quiet location with local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the main town and beach. Lovely pool area and friendly staff too.

I really liked the reception of the owner of this complex, the cleanliness, there is everything for a comfortable stay. It was a very comfortable stay, especially household items. Forgot to mention the shower was clean ))

Everything was great! The only little detail we think could be improved is the fact nobody cleans a bit, changes sheets, or replenishes toilet paper in the bungalow while you're there.

Elena was a great host, we loved the sponge cake her mom made for us twice. The place is beautiful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

It is a bit unusual and too dark on the way to to the center of Protaras. One street light would solve the problem
