We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GreeceWe only got shower towels, would have been nice to have small ones for our faces and hands as well. No waste paper basket, not in any room. Would also have been nice to have two glasses, there weren't any.
Perfect location, close to everything we needed. Nice restaurants all around you and the beach close by, even though we didn't use it. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the balcony great size.

GermanyIf you by chance run into an unusual situation, the host was not showing interest to help. The kitchen was not equipped well. There were only two cups and a knife. Who plans to dine outside, will not mind the kitchen. We found two quite large cockroaches in our accommodation. Important to note that the Appartment was clean.
Location was great. The Appartments were spacious with their own balcony.

RomaniaUnlike other times when I stayed in Eleonora, I was surprised to see two cockroaches in the room late at night. I did not feel like the room was clean enough this time, it was a bit dusty and I did not find amenities in the bathroom (hand soap, shampoo - however they provided for us after asking for them).
Enough space for a family. The room is spacious and very bright which I absolutely loved. Big balcony and modern furnished. I like the fact that it is a quiet place and nobody disturbs you.

United KingdomNever met a member of staff, really weird !!! Your check-in is done via email, which tells you the access code to the Hotel, states your room number, wifi password, and the code for your key box situated adjacent to your apartment door. If you have any questions or concerns, there is a WhatsApp contact number given. There was a kettle provided but no plates,cups,cutlery or any other kitchen utensils. Nice ceramic hob though.
The location was very good, close to the beach, bar restaurants, public transport and shops.
