The landlord was personable and readily available for my needs whilst diligently maintaining the property It was carpeted and kept hygienic Other residents were clean quiet as well as friendly Property was easily accessible by door I.D. This was my very 1st time to share an apartment which is not a hostel so I had some issues with privacy and always have to take percussion of others.. since is everyone from different countries got different standards, the owner make rules for which I also made these rules for others. The walls of the room where too thin and the hear all the activities of the next room. I talk in very low tone at night to my family for the next door neighbour will knock with anger at my door.. Now these are issues you can have here but in all it's the best for this price in Nicosia. This is not my 1st visit. The owner is very opened with these points your may see negative from the first time you comes across his apartment. So what else should we say he is the best and has the best apartment and services. I could bring any visitor just like that but the owner gave me very convincing reason and I was fine with it. So it's a trade off or go as you pay. All good!!

The house was always very clean. The owner was very welcoming to all the guest and did everything that we all feel at home. The bed was very comfortable.

Very quiet accommodation, very hygienic. Although it is a guesthouse, it feels like a private flat because of the peace and quietness. The owner host Andy is very kind and always ready to help and inform.

Some basic iteams like stove, microwave/ Oven are missing and you have to ask for it to arrange. The sink in the toilet is way too small. You have to pay extra for air-conditioning or heaters.

The host is superb helpful and truly tries to find you a solution.

No en suite facilities with only one toilet/shower between five rooms. (Not too much of an issue as most rooms seemed to be empty). Public transport in the area poor and overpriced.

Quirky conversion from an office building. Room spacious with lots of electrical sockets! Complimentary coffee/tea and croissants always available. Friendly and approachable staff.

Everything was perfect. The host is very welcoming and gave us tips about Nicosia. Walking distance to the city center is approx 25 minutes. The room was big with private toilet and a bathroom with free toiletries. There is a shared kitchen too. The beds were comfortable. There were also complementary snacks for the guests. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

It's about a 20+ min walk to the old city from the accommodation, so it's best if you're a more active person (there's also a bus line direct as well). The water pressure and temperature in the shower weren't always consistent.

The accommodation is a very creative way to repurpose office space. It's spacious, quiet, and clean. The furnishings are simple, but a good option if you're looking for a no-nonsense place to stay. Andy was a most welcoming host; he listened patiently to my questions and gave helpful options for my stay in Nicosia.

Everything was perfect Andy was just a charm to talk to and also very organized and helpful the rooms were very clean and -important- the shared rooms were even cleaner the space felt like home everything was tidy and functional from the auto lamps at night to the living room and kitchen the bathroom also very clean and spacey enough to feel comfortable one thing the water was definetely hot during the day but when i had a bath at late hours it was freezing but I forgot to ask Andy why so I'm sure there's an explanation for that the entrance door safe with entrance code and also keys for every sleeping room so felt very secure clean bedsheets and pillows and overall everything went as planned. Also we arrived late but Andy was kind enough to wait for quite sometime and welcome us and was eager to help anytime we needed him, he's definetely the highlight of our stay. One tiny negative is the distance from the center during the day no big deal lots of city buses frequent and fast during the night if you come back from clubbing you should get a taxi because its half an hour on foot. Astronomical value for money, had the best time in Nicosia, definitely will be coming back. Andy if you read this thank you so much for everything, you made our stay so much better! Definetely check the place out, it deserves all the recognition!

To get remote control for air-condition - should be discussed in advance or on arrival

I had complicated logistics - very late arrival 1am, and the next day I needed to keep luggage -- everything worked just fine, I am grateful to Andy for his help and hospitality. Very clean and cozy hostel !! Stay with pleasure next time! Thanks for the reference to good nearby restaurant ;)- travel to Nicosia was excellent!
