Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomUnfortunately there were immature and heartless “adult” guess that would stomp and kick the poor stray cats going around the tables during the dinner time! I had to verbally warn them not to ever kick an animal again and was ready to call a police! If you do not want stray cats around because the world only belongs to you and revolves only around you, do not come to this hotel and in fact, to Cyprus, as you would see many of them around and this island belongs to them and not to you entitled little immature humans!! Also, some of the staff, informed me that “they are not able to look after the cats because they are always working” while some of them “reassured” me that they are definitely being looked after by them. So, I’m not sure why these cats are still begging for food if they are being fed every day… also, I have never seen a bowl of fresh food anywhere around the hotel for these animals so I had to make sure to give them fresh water every day during dinner. They are not around as they keep away from the hot temperatures understandably. I’ve left feeling so bad and upset leaving these poor animals behind :(
Not a very crowded hotel so it wasn’t so loud after 10:30am. Nice gesture from the hotel with a sparkling wine and fresh fruit on the first day. Very clean and beautiful gardens. The food was good and delicious. Easy access to a sandy beach and to the other parts of the sea. Be careful using the stairs down and get shoes for the sea if you are going to access the sea through the rocks on the other side. Access to small number of books that you can borrow and return. Nice chill music during the dinner time. Cleaning ladies were very hardworking and always polite. A nice small mini market in the hotel, you can pay by card. The receptionists at the front desks were always smiling and approachable. The sun beds are not free, they are €5 euros. Loved the fresh salad and fruits. Spa experience was absolutely amazing, really really recommend it! I wish I had it at the beginning of my holiday as it helped a lot with clearing the mental and body stress.

United KingdomAs with all inclusive holidays, entertainment part goes on past midnight, so if you want quiet holiday and early nights this might not be suitable.
Food, service, whole experience from arriving to departing. Very clean hotel, amazing personnel, tasty food and plenty of entertainment. Everything is thought through to a detail. There are bookshelves where you can borrow books to read. Small shop onsite with souvenirs and all necessities. Beach is quiet, as majority seem to be around swimming pool. Great spa experience too.

CyprusWe had clogged pipes in our room which should have been noticed and fixed by the staff before our stay. However when the staff was notified of the issue they immediately fixed it. Therefore I cannot really hold it against them. A minor issue in an overall amazing holiday.
The staff is AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful. Well-mannered and polite. Special thanks to Constantina and Anastasia from the pool bar and everyone else who I have forgotten the names of for being so amazing with kids. I also loved the activities throughout the day and night. The food was delicious. Lastly, the location was great. A small paradise by the beach.

United KingdomThe fact that you had to put your towels down on your sun beds at 3am otherwise you wouldn’t have decent beds! Having young children being by the pool was much needed to watch them at all times. Maybe the management should allocate everyone the same beds for each day or no one is allowed to put their towels down before 8am! As it’s not fair that the same people would get the front beds all the time!
Very family oriented, the staff were very friendly and helpful. we all had the best time and we will definitely be back.

Slovakia- the pool area and beach seemed a bit crowded at times, the sunbeds were always reserved very early in the morning (as early as 6:30) which meant that people who did not want to wake up at 6:00 could not find a spot. - not directly related to the hotel, however, the taxi drivers were very unreliable and quite rude. The worst part of our stay, which was unfortunate since the hotel was truly excellent. We travelled 4 times via a taxi and each time there was an issue. This might not be something that the hotel can solve since they do not work for them directly, however, if you order a car via your hotel, the service should be good, and reliable, the price should be the same as the information you get at the reception. For example, We ordered airport pickup via the hotel and were told the driver would be waiting for us with a our name sign visible in the airport hall. He was not there. We had to call the hotel and they gave us his number and we had to call him to find him. They told us he was waiting for us inside, he said the same, however he was not there (the arrival hall is quite small) after a while he came from outside, not even looking for us, just busy calling on his phone. This situation is easy to handle when you have a phone service and speak english to deal with the hotel and the driver, however some people do not have this option. Especially when this was arranged well beforehand through the hotel. Another time, we ordered a car with carseat for a 2,5 year old child. The driver did not have it installed and did not know how to install it and told me to do it since I have the child. The carseat was old and not working properly and it could not be installed safely for an hour ride to the airport. Another time, the car did not have a car seat at all. The drivers were non-stop on their phones, which would be fine if it was not during the pickup and when you need to speak to them.
- excellent food - room was always cleaned, multiple times a day, even just to take towels or make the bed in the evening - very nice staff - the premises of the hotel were very practical (especially for small kids), the restaurant, bar, pool area and the beach, everything was close to each other - the hotel premises were beautiful, beautifully kept gaardens - all inclusive options were excellent, big offer of alcoholic drinks, foods during the whole day

CyprusIf I had to give some feedback to help the hotel improve, I would say that it's a shame that some of the food is being overcooked. Some examples are the sirloin steak at the live cooking station which was cooked way beyond well-done, and from the fish meze the sea bream was really dry and the mussels were served just boiled without their sauce.
This hotel screams Quality. The service is of a very high standard with friendly, polite, smiling and very helpful staff. It is extremely clean and maintains a very high standard of service and products especially for a good night's rest: bedding, pillows, soundproofed rooms, blackout curtains, air-conditioning and tastefully designed decor of room and bathroom. The outside area with lush gardens overlooking the sea is stunning.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately the beds are not very comfortable. The air conditioning for this size of hotel is old fashioned and didnt function very well. Balcony much too small.
Incredibly friendly staff and polite. The beach was cute and not overcrowded. The food was not your standard all inclusive and prepared well. The breakfast buffet excellent and again the staff attentive.

United KingdomCocktails didn't represent good value and seemed quite weak and poorly presented, we noticed this as we were half-board guests. The experience at the 'special' mezze restaurant was really not very enjoyable, meat seemed overcooked( as commented upon by other guests)
Choice, quantity and quality of food was good. Seaview room was a good choice, cleanliness was good. Local area walks were fine, beach was close by. Always plenty of sunbeds and towels etc. Afternoon and evening entertainment was fine.

United KingdomThis hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff are incredibly kind and courteous, always ready to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and at ease. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and it's designed so that guests can enjoy their stay without needing to leave the premises, even if they don't have a car. While the pool isn't very large, the beach more than makes up for it with its stunning, crystal-clear waters. The hotel's design and its lush, green surroundings are truly beautiful. Breakfast is delightful, offering a wide array of choices.

FranceThe food was mediocre. Don't get me wrong it's still fine and various but you can go outside and find much more delicious local restaurants and it will cost 3x less. I was disappointed not to find a classic Greek salad on the menu, also the beach cafe had strange dressings for the salads and quite strange combinations of ingredients. The Basilikos food made me seek (huge portions ) The wine choice is very limited. Also, the facade/windows are not soundproof so you can hear all evening "activities" including loud music at 10 PM. Impossible to sleep before they finish. If I had known that they had these "entertainment" shows I would think twice.
We had the biggest room (on the corner) with a sea view and also a sunset side. It was spacious and clean. Also, the design was good with nice furniture and calm colors. The hotel has a sauna, hammam and an open-air jacuzzi. Also, the access to the beach was nice with a beautiful garden and greenery. The breakfast was pretty good, especially the omelet prepared by the small lady. I liked the gym, it has some new equipment.
