I would like to share my negative experience with the Christofinia hotel, more precisely with the man who mostly works night shifts at the reception. We arrived at the hotel at 05:30 in the morning with a small baby. The worker at the reception immediately rudely said why we came so early and that we cannot enter the hotel before 2 pm. We asked him if we could at least change the baby's diaper somewhere, he showed us the changing room where after ten minutes he literally came to us and said that our change of clothes is taking too long and that we have to leave the hotel, which we consider very unprofessional and insolent behavior. The reception worker literally threw us out into the street in the dark at 06:00 in the morning with a small baby. We understand that check-in at the hotel is from 2 p.m., but we expected a little more humanity and foresight from him, considering that it is a small baby.

The location of the hotel is okay, a few minutes from Nissi beach and about 10 minutes from Landa beach. The cleanliness of the hotel is okay, the cleaners come daily. A large selection of food.

Our room was outdated and had an unpleasant smell. I noticed that some other rooms seemed to be renovated, so hopefully, they will update all the rooms soon. We paid for the buffet, but it wasn't worth it—limited choices, and the chicken for kids was burnt every day. It is better to eat outside the hotel.

The staff welcomed us warmly, and even though we arrived before the check-in time, they accommodated us with a room. The property is overall nice, and we particularly enjoyed our time at the swimming pool.

Not tasty breakfast, every day completely same food, elevator almost every day had temporal issues and did not work. Also in exchange rooms it was no towels, at all, what is strange when you change the close and ho to bathroom…

Soft drinks are absolutely disgusting. 4 star hotel and you can’t purchase decent soft drinks from the bar . All from machine . Tasting absolutely horrible . In the evening at the bar you can see people with flip flops and swimming pool like clothes with naked feet on the chairs . Poor entertainment.

I stayed at the end of the tourist season and this time housekeeping service was not always proper: they left some hair in the bathroom, missed cleaning the sink once and some days ignored check the balcony. But everyday they gave fresh towels, even if they didn't take old ones:). But overall cleaning was okay.

Good location: 5 min to Nissi Beach. A few good restaurants nearby, small stores to buy everything needed. Variety of products on breakfasts. Lady Veronika who manages beach towels and inhouse store is so nice❤️

Water pressure in the shower was very bad.

Good location, close to Nissi beach and bus stop. Room was clean and the breakfast was abundant with a lot of choice. Staff was kind and helpful. We had a great view from the balcony to the sunrise.

Great location for beach lovers Nissi Beach is a 5-minute walk away Latchi is about the same Landa 10 minutes Sunbeds are reasonably priced, unlike in Spain, but you need to come and reserve them early, they sell out The water park is 2 km away, but I don’t recommend it unless you find a 50% discount A larger store is located about 1 km away, a small one is across the main street Cafes and bars also start about 1 km on foot towards the center, 3.5 km to the center, buses run regularly, but you can also walk Nice pool, it’s great that you can sit at the bar right in the pool I wish the pool was deeper at one end There were always enough sunbeds at the pool (end of September) Breakfast is always the same, but there is enough choice Dinners are quite varied and there is a lot of choice

The staff wasn’t really helpful.When I was asking questions about the transport or about the city they wouldn’t say a lot.On Booking.com pictures of the hotel is much more beautiful. The elevator wasn’t working properly and I have to use stairs. The hot water almost doesn’t exist and I have to shower with a cold water.

The location is good.5 minutes walk from Nissi beach.

In the hotel's lobby, some guests were sleeping on the couches with their shoes on and shirtless...this is not a pleasant view when you enter the building.
