The rooms were tiny, there was 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children (2 and a baby) and we had a double with 2 cots which just took up so much space

The breakfast was great, great selection. The dinner was great, always a different theme each night. All of the restaurants were lovely too. There was something for everyone. The staff were friendly

The only letdown was the meal we had at the Italian restaurant onsite. The pasta was dry, overcooked and tasteless and the wine was not chilled.

The new refurbished rooms were exquisite! We had some excellent meals at the Seaweed and Stonegrill restaurant where the staff were very friendly. In general, the hotel and service were first class.

We usually visit Cavo Maris every year but missed last year as we felt the rooms were just not up to par. We gave it another go this year as we heard the rooms have been fully renovated and WOW! I wouldn't be surprised if they earn a fifth star soon as the rooms are now exceptional. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in now. As always the staff are amazing, the breakfast is excellent and cleanliness is always 10/10. Special shout out to Christakis at the Kafeneio who works tirelessly and is always so friendly. Can't wait for our next stay.

even though the check-in was at 14:00 my room wasn't ready until 14:50. i asked if it was ok then to delay my check-out because of that and the answer was no.

Poor gym facilities and the housekeeping was extremely delayed. Also they didn’t clean at all the veranda.

Hotel didnt have lockers for luggages. They have a luggage room and they just give a number for each luggage but it was very difficult to find our luggage because the room was too crowded so they asked me to find my luggage by myself. Also in breakfast area, i wasnt allowed to smoke in outdoor area. This is really strange.

Restaurant options were OK, but not sure they were much better than all inclusive options. Digital room service option didn't seem to work as expected.

Compact and comfortable room, with balcony and great view of the sea. The location was nice and quiet, next to a few different small beaches. Excellent snorkeling in crystal clear waters! There were quite a few options for food and drink - though would recommend exploring places to eat beyond the hotel too. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. We had no problems with parking.

The set up of the breakfast buffet! Variety with fresh ingredients, however, the set up it's not suitable for this capacity of guests.

1. Beach - basically, was the main thing we were coming for, since we thought it would be sand. It turns out, that sand has a lot of stones, and sharp ones, for a kid it was totally uncomfortable. We were driving every other day to other beaches around (e.g. Konnor Bay), so that kid could swim in shallow water with sand underneath. 2. No kids gym policy (no kids up until 16 y.o.) - it was unexpected, particularly because there were no signs about that, you are just asked to vacate the gym with your kid if you attempt to work out. 3. Elevators - not even their capacity, but settings. E.g. if the elevator is coming, and people exit it, you can't enter it, because doors are closing way too quickly and it's gone. So if you have lots of staff with you, you might skip 2-3 rides just because of this. It was very annoying.

1. Food - a great variety every evening, the breakfast is the same every day, but because there are so many things to choose from, it was not a problem. 2. Cleanliness - the room was mopped daily, and the towels were changed. It was not a thorough cleaning though, there was dust in the corners, but still, it was regular, and it was appreciated. 3. Nice room design, very cozy comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom. 4. It was quite - even with lots of kids in the hotel, and live music every day, we didn't hear anything.

Only two issues. The sofa bed is not comfortable enough for a week for two teens. And in the morning there was an unpleasant smell coming into the suite.

Loved the facilities, the staff were wonderful. The food quality was fantastic. Loved the beaches. View from the room and the space were superb.

Super crowded. The pool is small - so it was super full. Very few things in the bathroom - just soap and showercups. The staff was very dull - no smiles, not helpful The hotel was renovated but some parts feel old The restaurants are not very nice

Although the breakfast offers a vast array of foods, the actual quality of what’s on offer could be a lot better.

Well maintained seaside hotel that is very clean, professionally run and beautifully appointed. It has many lovely spaces where guests can lounge or enjoy a meal . It is also kiddy friendly .
