We were assigned 2 rooms mountain view (parking lot) on the first floor. Unfortunately the busses that arrived in all hours of the day to drop off new customers were parking right under our balconies. We were all woken up many times between 12 am and 6 am because the buses did not turn off their engines amd was extremely loud and disturbing our sleep. When we asked for a late check out to rest a bit, (ie. Late meaning till 3pm) the reception ladies wanted us to pay another 40 euro per room. I find both unacceptable, and it's a pity as we live in cyprus and easily would have been repeated/return customers.

Location very nice, rooms renovated and spotless. Restaurant options within hotel very good.

Tgis is a nice beach hotel. very big and in a very good location. Room is big, with balcony and a comfort place for working.Breakfast (bufet) is very good and has plenty of choices

The variety and freshness of the breakfast was excellent. The accommodation was exceptional with mini fridge, kettle ample supply of tea and coffee and a hairdryer. The In house TV service integrated with Internet was very hi tech. All the controls for lights, aircon etc was internet based which was very modern and easy to operate.

We had an enjoyable stay at Cavo Maris Hotel. The hotel is not new, however all the rooms are newly renovated and they are very modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing, there were plenty of food options available (both sweet and savory). We also enjoyed our dinner at the Stonegrill restaurant inside the hotel. Very good flavors and friendly staff. The pool area was very organised with plenty of sunbeds available. Lots of parking as well available if you are arriving by car. We will be back for sure.

The bar area could do with more barman and less servers, we stopped going to the bar due to the waiting time, they always wanted you seated, as I prefer to stand we all went for drinks elsewhere.

Polite, Friendly staff. Good location, only 10 euro into Protaras. clean, good choice of restaurants. Never have to worry about sun beds and there were 16 of us.

A couple of days my room wasn’t cleaned or towels replaced. The service at the main bar is dreadful. Too many staff walking around and not enough people preparing drinks. Very frustrating. Didn’t bother with the bar eventually as it was a waste of time.

Excellent location, 20 minute walk to the main strip or 5 minutes in a taxi. Plenty of sun beds, convenient for the beach. Nice size rooms with a great sea view. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Check in very smooth and efficient.

Wonderful hotel! Stuff were very kind and helpfull. I was with my family and we had great time! There are a lot of things for children and babies to play. Hotel is very clean, a lot of different spot to relax. Food was delicios with various offer for breakfast and dinner.

We all loved this hotel, it is on the beach & has a great pool (plus smaller one for kids) and the grounds are very well kept. The Seaweed restaurant serves sushi & steaks and is served on slate so you can cook your steak however you like it- defo not to be missed if you like steak
