The building is very old, smells cigarettes. Needs renovation.

Location is perfect, in Kato Paphos, close to the bars! The apartment studio is brilliant for one person!

The only small thing we didn't like was the low water pressure in the shower and missing washing gel for the laundry.

Everything was very beautiful, clean, modern. We liked the very well equipped kitchen, also the washing machine was a good thing. The accomodation was close to the center and port. We can really recomended!

The property location was very good and close to the centre and the municipality beach. There are plenty of shops, bars, a supermarket and restaurants around. Even though the bars are just around the corner, it’s very quiet at night. The apartment was super spacious and accommodated with all appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice. The host is very responsive and also provided us with an early check in which was great because we managed to spend our first day at the beach not worrying about our luggage. I would definitely book this apartment again for my next trip to Paphos! :)

We stayed for 3 nights. Apartment was really cozy and clean. It had everything you need: enough kitchen utensils, glasses, coffee, tea, hygiene supplies... Apartment is near the main bus stop with bars and supermarkets in neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent. We were suprised by chocolate and bottle of prosecco at the table as a welcome gift. 🥰 I recommend this place!

The only thing I did not like was that is was cold at night, because the isolation of the windows is not good, which you can see by the condensation on the window glass. But, we were there in december, and I don't think this would be a problem during summer, when anyways most people come to vacation. That was the only thing I did not like, but again, I guess it is like that only during winter months.

Studio is fully equipped, there is everything you need for your stay. It is decorated very nice and it is very cosy and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the floor in the apartment was not cleaned. The floor was dirty and splattered with ketchup or something. There were also ketchup stains and food crumbs on the coffee table in the living room, as well as on the couch. The place mats were dusty. Hairs were all over the floor in the entire apartment, on the toilet bowl and in the shower. A real shame for such a nice apartment. Everything else looked clean. The building is older and the corridor of the building smells unpleasant. The dishwashing sponge should be unused. I rent apartments and there is no excuse for dirtiness. For the cleanliness 2. It has only one hob so it is difficult to cook a meal.

The studio apartment is very comfortable and spacious. It is superbly equipped (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel...). A bottle of wine and two bottles of water were left for us. WiFi is good. You can park in front of the building. The location is great, the main promenade and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. For the apartment 10+
