We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHotel apartments are very, very basic. Does not appear that the furnishings - especially beds/matresses - have been renewed in years, if ever. Food was really disappointing, particularly at lunch and dinner. French toast, for example is actually just crispy fried bread with no semblance to French Toast. Leftovers are turned into the next days meals - which would be fine if done well. Carbonara Sauce for Pasta was basically stock thickened with corn starch and ham pieces tossed in. Its disrespectful to the customers, but it also depends on what the owners/management are prepared to supply the kitchen with. Sorry Chef! Also felt that certain staff members were keeping tabs on what or how often my children would eat or snack. Keep in mind, we were All Inclusive, but if the food is not good, the children - and adults - will eat what they can when better options are available. Sometimes, we decided to skip lunch or just have fruit or a light salad, and order a burger or french fries later from the snack menu. For lunch one day, I just ate some fruit (not all of which was fresh, but had apparently been put out since lunch the day before, again for breakfast, and again for lunch that day. Also, just because some of us were not speaking Greek all the time, does not mean we did not hear comments or read body language. Katalavainoume poly kala and it is rude to make your guests feel uncomfortable, even if you don't think that we know. People are not stupid. My family has owned a restaurant, a hotel, I had a small catering business in Los Angeles, and my mother was a Chef at one of the top 5 star hotels in Cyprus for 27 years, so we are people that know!) Thank you to the Staff that Shined and made us feel welcomed.
Most of the staff was wonderful and engaging - especially Andreas at the bar and Nicky and Georgia at reception. Very friendly and super helpful. Andreas was great interacting with the children too and entertaining them as well as us, and makes awesome cocktails. Nicky really cares about the guests, always has a smile and is eager to please. Pool was nice - basic, but clean and the kids loved it. Location was great!

CyprusFood was ok but not always hot unless it has just come from the kitchen. Air con was little on the noisy side and fridge didn't shut fully., Just the seal moving. But both bearable.
Spacious, clean apartment, basic but ultimately very good. The pool area was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Not a huge selection but enough. Snack menu was good and the selection of drinks on all inclusive was good. Great value for money and definitely returning.

United KingdomOn 30/6/23 I received a cal l from Artemis Hotel ( Elena was the name ) telling me that due to technical problems they had to move me to another hotel to different.....city called Agia Napa !! That upset me and I said I was going to contact you since I have made my booking through your side. I did not accept that since I made my booking 25/4/23 , it fully paid and confirmed at 25/4/23. Then they have tried to persuade me to move to different hotel within Protaras , either Toxotis Hotel or ...I do not recall the name of the other. I refused. Also in checking in the room the toilets were very dirty and someone else's T-shirt was left in the cabinet . I asked receptionist to send a cleaner. Wen the cleaner arrived , She didn't even know how to clean and said that was her first day at work.
