Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryGood to know, that beach of the hotel is sandy, but when going into the sea it is not evenly sandy however stones & rocks (even if not sharp) are both present in quite uncomfortable mix (can even be dangerous when windy weather with waves).

IsraelLunch from 1 pm with child 3 years old very uncomfortable, there are no options to eat at 12 pm before child wants go to sleep, so all inclusive has disadvantages. There is no kids club at all. (Just 3 times a week table tennis) Many places without grass on the territory don’t looks nice, grass needs renovation in my opinion.

Also the room service is shocking, takes minimum of an hour for delivery as quoted “we look after restaurant tickets first” and the quality of food to the room was well below quality in restaurants which was very good

AustriaWe didn't like the breakfast .With a lot of options, but were no fresh fruits , and most of the pastry was frozen and unbacked . In the morning, it was very unpleasant to go for breakfast, because most of the people were pushing us away to grab their food faster - even do was enough for everyone - so we decided to take breakfast somewhere else for the rest of our stay. We chose their pool bar for one evening - they were pretty unorganized, so I had to serve myself and my husband. Their behavior was also not the nicest Honestly, next time we choose another hotel.
We had a nice view from our room. The pool temperature was fine. And the room was, in general, clean and quiet.
