The twin room provided was the ideal size as we carried 2 large luggages with very comfortable twin single beds. We received a complimentary fruit platter on our final day which was very appreciative. The breakfast was superb with a vast variety of cold and cooked breakfast, juices, fruit, cheese, cereals, even salmon. This hotel should be rated 5 star not 4 star, I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels. The front desk was very helpful and very friendly and of course professional.

The lunch menu was very disappointing - felt like the kitchen ran out of ingredients. Most basic Greek salad and tuna salad we ever had - for 17 and 24 euro respectively it was unjustified.

We didn’t like the prices at the pool bar it’s over expensive. Gin & Tonic €15 :) Cocktails >14 :) Burger €24 :) I was excited to be there but with this prices especially + accommodation is over to our expenses.

The breakfast was excellent and had a variety. We enjoyed the option of ordering our eggs as we like. The food area was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The environment was calm and serene.

Great experience!! The Hotel is wonderful with elegant design. The staff amazing, so nice and helpful. The food is so tasty and big portions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool so nice, specially on Sundays. The cocktails so good recommend to try Apperol Spritz. I love everything about the hotel! Is so underrated and so good prices. Im definitely going back! The perfect breakfast with different cold dishes, coffee, juices, desserts, and the opportunity to order 1 hot dish (omelet, eggs, etc). Very professional staff that can help with all questions, and a beautiful pool (but not deep). It was a very good experience in Limassol. It had a very quiet atmosphere (without children), SPA, and an interesting design of the hotel.

The price of the drinks at the pool bar was quite expensive, €14 for 2 small beers.

Lovely hotel, with nice finishing touches. Fluffy pool towels and cushions available on every sunlounger. Each guest is entitled to 1hr use of the spa which was well worth it. Would def recommend. The breakfast was amazing.

I arrived late, but the staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was beatiful and was exactly what I needed. Since I was with a rental car, I was worried about parking, but there's a lot of parking next to the hotel.

Beautiful gym, spa and pool area here. A nice little oasis to relax. There isn't much around the hotel so prepare to walk or drive a bit to visit restaurants and sites.

Actually, I didn’t find any weaknesses in the system so far. I am coming here every year for a short trip and I am suprised how every year everything is improving in Alassia.

Breakfast was as usual very testy. Big variety of the food for the breakfast - one of the best I ever saw in my life. Fresh orange juice with the combination of all sorts of delicious staff.

Staff were exceptional, the location was in reasonable distance to most things yet still super quiet, breakfast was great, the cleaners were amazing, the rooms had nice touches that made the hotel feel extremely personalised.

I couldn't say something that i didn't like it will be unfair, everything was lovely.

The breakfast was very very nice and very rich, the spa was probably the best massage i ever had in a spa, but the best thing we had at the hotel was the dinner at night, the food is on a next level, very tasty food with very good and friendly staff!

The rooms are getting a little tired and could do with a refresh. The new menu was only ok, we missed the calamari as a snack. The starters were too large and too pricey.
