Beds comfortable, sea view, fab friendly helpful staff, especially Maya and Antonis, out the front door and on the strip, beach at fig tree only minutes away..101 and 102 buses pass all day long to Paralimni Agia Napa Pernera. Cheers, only Fools Love Boat Rockefeller's and Reves bars minutes away ab fab restaurants and above all else.trouble free.... And some fab entertainment on the strip every night... .What's not to like

“Lovely big villa with a beautiful pool & ample outside area. The villa is at the end of a small cull de sac & is not overlooked at all. Generally the villa was comfortable & ample big enough for 6 adults. Both showers were good & were large enough for well developed adults. The Managing Agents were also very helpful (La Mer Homes) as upon contact on our first day, arranged for the immediate replacement of some light bulbs that had blown & also the delivery of 2 further new sunbeds as only 4 were in situate when we arrived & 6 were required. Very good helpful service.”
“Great communication with the owner. We were provided with toys and lots of extras for the young children with us. The Villa is very well equipped, and we were provided with complimentary drinks in the fridge on arrival. Location is perfect for a quiet family holiday with sandy beaches a short walk away. The strip is a 10 minute walk with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning again soon.”
“A wonderful villa, with an excellent location and a wonderful owner. Joanna contacted us every day. The villa is very clean, has a wonderful garden and swimming pool. The air conditioning works very well in all rooms. The villa is equipped with literally everything. From the terrace on the first floor there is a view of the sea.There are even toothbrushes, detergents, spices, full kitchen equipment. Upon arrival, a welcome bottle of wine and cold drinks according to our wishes in the fridge. Peace and quiet near the tourist center of Protaras-Paralimni. The street on which the villa is located is a no-through street. Nothing disturbs the rest. We were there for the second time and we are planning another visit in 2025.”

“We really liked everything about the apartment. The location was perfect, very close to the beautiful Green Bay beach and within walking distance from other pretty beaches such as Fig Tree, Konnos, and Turtle Bay. The apartment is very close to the bus stops, and the buses are very frequent. The apartment itself was clean, we had a nice view, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for providing us with additional adapters, since we brought only one with us. The hosts were very nice, and accommodating, gave us tips on what to visit and we hope we will be back at some point soon! We also got a free room cleaning since we were staying longer.”
“There were excellent facilities in the apartment, which was a good size for 2 people. It was very clean. The complex was quite quiet when we were there (September) - always plenty of sunbeds by the pool. It was a very short walk to the sea, where you could swim from a small beach or from steps leading directly into the water. The water was clear and beautiful and if lucky you can see turtles (which I did!). There was also a spectacular sunrise. Fig Tree Bay was a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk - a lovely walk. We appreciated the free drinks left in the fridge and the mid-week cleaning and change of linen and towels.”
