Hot water ran out for the second person’s shower(less than 5 min!!!)

There is no dedicated bar or lounge area where guests can go especially during the rainy season. The restaurant is the only communal space.

The property was beautiful and the people that work there are super friendly and professional. Carla, the receptionist and Luis, the driver to the airport truly went over and beyond.

I didn't like that there were no TVs in any of the units. I would prefer microwaves in the units.

All meals were well prepared and terrifically presented. The Villa is beautiful and very comfortable! The staff is very kind, helpful and friendly! The staff in the spa are incredible, best experience ever! Thank you Jocelyn and Marie Jesus!

Aircraft noise from time to time, but infrequent

I think the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast - the quality was good indeed, but we thought there could have been more choice / variety (considering the level of the accommodation)

The resort overall is excellent - the room was very good and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and professional in any single interaction (from check in throughout to check out, reall well done to them!) - the location is fantastic and the trail around the resort is really fantastic! We had dinner there and the food was good - the staff was always great (both at dinner as well as at breakfast)

Sound of the planes overhead in the wee hours. Pillows were too firm.

From the time we set foot on the property, we were “wowed”! We did the trails, swam in the Infiniti pool, had dinner at the restaurant, purchased at the gift shop and arranged for transportation from and to airport. We even had a “breakfast -to-go”. Excellent and friendly staff. Amenities in the room were welcomed. Bed was comfortable. Would and will highly recommend.

The hotel is amazing. I love the views from the room, the warm pool and the walks thew the trails to the hotel waterfall. The breakfast is very natural, there is a buffet and u can also order local dishes. I stay in Xandari every time i go to Costa Rica. The massage service in the Spa is very healing.

Everything was fabulous . It’s near to the airport so we used it for two nights before taking another flight . It was perfect as the spa is amazing . There are wonderful walks within the hotel grounds . The infinity pool is especially gorgeous with an amazing view and the restaurant in the evening was superb !!! There was no need to leave the hotel on a short stay and it was so peaceful. Lovely room with fridge and coffee maker . Great shower too .

The breakfast was freshly cooked Costa Rican style every morning . There were also lots of other buffet choices and lovely fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juices .The staff at breakfast could not have been nicer .Lovely service from all .
