The WiFi within the property (aka at the pool in the center) was fine, but we were in the final apartment/at the perimeter of the property and it was a weak signal there.

The first thing I want to mention is how sweet and accommodating Lu is on the staff. She was very friendly and happily washed our clothes for us when we needed it. The space is plenty for 2 people. The location is PERFECT: well within walking distance of anything in downtown Tamarindo (~10m walk to the beach).

Tiles need replacing in the pool as you can easily cut yourself on some sharp ones. Gate lock also needs replacing as stood outside for 15 minutes trying to get in. But don’t let this put you off. Owner was v helpful

We didn't have a car or rent a golf cart while we were visiting Tamarindo so it was a bit far to walk to the beach with young kids.

It was quiet and clean and the apartments were spacious and well kept. The pool is small but really nice. We traveled as a family with three kids and our apartment was a perfect size for all of us to relax in the afternoons when it was very hot in the sun. There is a super market about a 4 minute walk and it is well stocked with food and beverages to grab supplies.

The apartment needed alot of upgrades especially the drain in the downstairs bathroom, the path leading to the apartment needed to have more lighting, and the key pad to the gate did not work most of the time. The pool needs to be upgraded, lots of tiles were loose and missing.

We liked the apartment it was clean and nice. It was close to restaurants, shopping, the grocery store, and not too far from the beach.

The place is a little dates and needs some maintenance completed. There weren't any spices in the kitchen and it was limited with supplies. The fridge didn't work but was replaced with a fridge from another unit after the maintenance didn't work. Tiles were coming off off the pool floor.

The staff were excellent. Loved the free laundry service. The yard was beautiful. The proximity to town and the beach were great.

Great location: close to the action, but not too close. Good sized apartments but not too many of them, around a nice pool area. Comfortable beds. Very laid back.

The second bedroom was an upstairs loft -- very nice, just not fully private. Wasn't an issue for us. Parking was available, but could get limited (3-4 spots plus side of street).

A very cute complex of bungalows, walking distance to town. Nice staff (albeit not speaking English), cozy lush courtyard with pool & loungers, which guests were frequenting to socialize. AC functioned well, we all got good rest. Recommended!

The aircon was temperamental and sometimes would just turn off and wouldn’t go back on again for a while. The window in our top room wouldn’t close and so we asked a member of staff to address this and they couldn’t and just told us to leave stuff in the safe and it was a “safe area”. The shower was poor however was warm. The tv didn’t work as a loose connection with the aerial.

The apartment was large and had aircon throughout. The kitchen was good however no salt or oil so you need to purchase yourself. The location was decent and fairly quiet and also the sun loungers were great. We had two bathrooms and also a nice sofa and tv to eat our food on.

The first impression was that it was a bit tired looking and had quite a few ants indoors.

The apartments were comfortable and the swimming pool was very pleasant. The staff were responsive and we had a shower problem fixed as soon as we mentioned it. We also had a free laundry service which was a bonus for tired travellers.

The wifi signal was weak and was completely unavailable at different times, even by the office where it comes from (turned off?). I told the reception, the answer was that it will work later. Maybe run a reliable cable to the apartments with a booster? I used the 4G on my mobile as a wifi hotspot most of the time. Some of the kitchen things are very old.

Nice looking property in a gated group of buildings. The apartment is very large with a top and bottom floor. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room and TV, upstairs on a loft type of deal is a large bed and a 2nd bathroom. There is a powerful downstairs and upstairs A/C. In the back is a small patio. Water in the shower is sometimes warm, sometimes cold. It differs per bathroom. Very adventurous. The pool is nice and tranquilo. It's kept clean. There is a pleasant line of trees around. A good vibe. You can walk to town or the beach in a short 5-10 minutes. There is free parking for a few stalls up front, if it's full, on the other side of the entrance gate is more. Access to the property is on an unpaved road with lots of rocks. Drive slowly. There is a code for the gate which is closed at night. The washing machine is not in the apartment, it's the same that is used by the staff. You need to ask to use it. It is a nice place , some small points of improvement, but to my taste it was too pricey and Tamarindo is not that special.

The bed in our room was rock hard, but we made it work. Everything else was lovely.

The property is located off the main area, but only a five minute walk away from it. It’s a nice secluded location with very accommodating staff.

There were not blankets for the beds. Only a few light bedsheets. Not a big deal though. Tamarindo is generally warm.

A hidden gem in Tamarindo. Not too close to the main road to keep it away from the nightlife noise, but still a pretty walkable distance from the hotel to the town and Tamarindo Beach. You could easily get around by walking or biking if you rent one. The pool is nice an clean, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a weekend trip with a group of friends. Beads are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom clean. Having air conditioner in every room is definitely welcomed considering the Tamarindo high temperatures.

Easy checkin. Host is available on site each day. Safe surroundings. Easy walk to beach. Quiet area, away from noisy downtown. Dark room for good sleep. I would recommend.
