Very enjoyable stay, it’s a little tucked away from the centre which is nice as the centre can feel a bit chaotic. The staff were very helpful and the house beautiful. You truly feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. Very well kept. Mike was also very helpful and sent us a list of places to eat and anything else we might have needed.

The path to the house is a bit hard to do with suitcase because it are round platforms. Internet lost connection but the host made a good suggestion

We absolutely loved this little getaway. Santa Teresa was part of our trip and the owners were so helpful in making it that way! They helped us get 4 wheelers delivered when we realized the bumpy roads would be rough on the car and it was so much fun. The place was very clean and I wish we had stayed a bit longer.

The property was amazing! Great location, walking distance to both Santa Teresa strip and Mal Pais tide pools and about 30 minutes from playa Hermosa and Montezuma. The place was clean and well maintained, the owners were so kind and easy to reach, and the property was peaceful. It’s even gated and the security guards were always so friendly! We rented ATV’s for the trip and everywhere was easy to access.

Highly recommend this ''Little escape". Mike is a great host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is comfortable and stylish. Swimming pool is relaxing. We travelled with our baby and dog : it took us no time to fully embrace the lifestyle of little escape / Santa Teresa. Go for it!

There was an issue with the water supply for a couple of hours because of a regional problem but the owners were communicating very well about it and tried to help out as well as they could.

We had a very nice stay at Little Escape. The house is super cute with nice furniture, spacious and clean. It is within walking distance to the main street and the beach. Would definitely recommend!

There was not everyday cleaning. I guess if we would have asked mike he would have organized it, but we thought the cleaning lady would show and exchange at least some towels. It is a bit far to Santa Teresa, you need to have a car to go to the city (watch out, road is a mess full with wholes)

Mike was a fantastic host. Cool guy who explains you anything at the beginning. The houses are very nice and cozy, enough equipped to make yourself some food.

The apartment is very nice, with all the needed amenities and very aesthetically pleasing. The property is close to the beach, and feels very safe as there is 24/7 security. Also, our pet was very welcomed and had an awesome time.

Construction in the area was a bit loud but not really noticeable when you were in the little beach house. Its pretty par for the area though as building seems to be everywhere.

An amazing location for the MalPais and Santa Teresa area. Such a brilliant little design with everything you need for a really comfortable and functional stay in the area! Easy access to the beach and off the main road (which is dusty and busy). Bonus was the hilarious monkeys in the area. The pool is delightful and well placed for easy cool downs after the beach. Daily room service was exceptional ! Beds were comfy and AC was ice cold. Great beach chairs.
