Everything. Room (AC&Fan) options, clean bathroom, free breakfast, staff location, biodiversity, etc. For the price I paid, I didn't expect this level of service. The staff are extremely hospitable. Everyone is happy!

Only thing that could have been better is the beds.

Love the atmosphere, felt like a tropical delight with friends and family. Not a resort but still enjoyable. Got to see monkeys above the property, iguanas, butterflies and birds on the property. Wonderful experience. Donald, Jennifer, Amy and the evening waitress (can't remember her name) are amazing people. Thank you.

Do not expect a luxury hotel, but it is a hotel in an excellent position with a strong personality. It has an holiday vibe. Very nice breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

Very nice little hotel in Brasilito. It was so relaxing to sit at the restaurant or on the balcony and listen to all the birds. It was great to have wifi, a/c, fridge, shower and everything was working. Good breakfast in the morning.

There was some loud music from a neighbouring hotel but it was only 1 night out of my 3 night stay.

From the initial booking to the pre-arrival welcome communications through to the arrival welcome drink and care throughout my stay, Hotel Conchal provided excellent value for money in beautiful Brasilito. The breakfast was excellent and served with a smile from Donald. The staff took great care in ordering taxis, providing suggestions for things to do around the town and arranging airport transfers. My room was located on the ground floor - it was large and comfortable with airconditioning and a fan. The pool and 2 for 1 Happy Hour were only a few steps away!

Really lovely small but beautiful hotel. Staff attentive and well informed. Super friendly and fantastic food. Fabulous cocktails and a nice sized pool. If we came back to Conchal we'd definitely stay here again.

This place worked out really well and the price was great. It was nice to have breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable, and dry (because it poured for days). Plenty of hot water in the shower. There's a little bit of road noise but really it was no problem.

The king sized bed was okay, its about time to replace as some sections you can feel the springs. The bathroom however could use a remodel, it felt very old. In fact first night there were an uncomfortable number of large ants in the bathroom and some in the main room. I know this is normal for Costa Rica and we had tiny ants at our prior hotel, but these were big! Fortunately the following two nights, only a few big ants showed up, which is the norm in CR.

This is probably the 3rd best hotel in Brasilito Beach, it was a great value for $135/night for the "Honeymoon Suite", but some rooms are as low as $60! The only two nicer options are the Westin and the W, but those will cost $400-800+/night! Very friendly staff, and amazing "Tipico" breakfast(included) with wonderful wildlife as dining companions. The "Honeymoon" suite isn't anything extraordinary, its one of the larger rooms with an extra small balcony. The room was clean overall and spacious for two people. Fridge and Airconditioning worked well. The onsite Papaya Restaurant is actually very good! Albeit a bit pricy.

We loved the pool and the location. Yes, close to the road, but for us not as issue. Most important: it’s close to the two beaches! Only a 20min walk to beautiful playa Conchal. Breakfast was very good, room very big and quiet. Restaurant served good food. Lovely place!
