I was a bit jet-lagged coming from Europe, and I'd appreciate having breakfast before 7am, especially as the activities of the area start very early.

This is a great place to stay. We had a large and beautiful room, with the largest shower I've every seen. We also got a terrasse with a nice view on a small river. Very nice swimming pool that my son loved. Great breakfast buffet. Secure parking close to the room. Nice staff

beautiful property with a short trail to walk. lovely pools and jacuzzis. The food was incredible as we ordered to the room a few times. The have a hotel taxi which took us into La Fortuna for additional cost which was great as well. we booked tours through the front desk and had incredible experiences! I highly recommend the Sloth Tour, the Arenal Volcano hike and the Coffee and Chocolate tour. I really enjoyed listening to all the wildlife around in the mornings and evenings, it was beautiful!

Doesn’t have a hot spring pool. The drive from San Jose Airport to the location was a treacherous ride due to the mountainous terrains.

Amazing breakfast, staff, small and cozy, toiletries were of the best quality, Biosfera. Lots of contact with nature.

The internet signal wouldn’t work in the bedroom, even tho the food was good, it was too pricey just for normal meals, the menu was limited. Every time we checked on the jacuzzi’s, they were never working.

Quiet and peaceful, the food was great! Nice gardens and the fish pools were cool.

They use a lot of bleach in the Jacuzzis. Could not enjoy it with that smell.

Good breakfast with several vegetarian options. Rooms are comfortable. Good pool.

The room was a little small and not a lot of space to pack and / or hang stuff, specifically wet clothes A coffee maker in the room would have been nice as well

Beautiful property conveniently located to all the major attractions Staff very friendly and helpful and food was so delicious. Spa experience was great too Loved the pool area with the smaller hot tubs around

The resort was relatively far ( 11 km) from arenal volcano and hot springs ..but on plus side it is close to waterfall la Fortuna.

The resort cleanliness amenities friendly and courteous staff.

The hotel lunch + dinner menu is extremely overpriced. It was 40 dollars for steak, almost 30 for chicken dish etc. Local restaurants were a quarter of the price + equally good food. Lady at reception was not very helpful or informative

Thé hôtel setting is beautiful Rooms were large, spacious and clean. Toilets were modern and boutique. Breakfast is fantastic and staff at pool are very friendly and good service. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Swimming pool is quite small and the hotel is not in the city centre.. you need to take a taxi to get there. Quality of breakfast ingredients can be improved

Tour prices offered were higher than other companies, they could not offer help with car rentals, restaurant prices were very high and did not even offer casados, the location was not downtown so we needed to Uber everywhere we went.

Staff were very friendly, new towel art every day was so sweet, and room was beautiful.

The in room coffee maker did not have an electric outlet near by. We had to put it on the floor ro hear water for tea. The only other option was the bathroom outlet.

The facility was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. All the staff we encountered were friendly and informative.

The TV in our room was pretty wonky but that's not a huge deal.

Loved the different hot tubs and pool. Being right near all the nature was awesome. Breakfast was great.

I loved staying at Casa Luna. Ashley at the reception treated us great and welcome us with a refreshing natural juice. The room was clean and everything is very pretty. I loved it!

The WiFi didn’t work consistently in my room. I understand it is because the way the rooms are built. But it would make the experience better if that can be fixed.

Very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s a bit far way from La Fortuna by foot (around 30 - 40 min). But nevertheless a great hotel.

The location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do. The property was beautiful, the staff were great.
