Very clean and well kept. Staff was helpful. Location is walkable to town, and secluded. The rooms well comfortable and included breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located a little from the center like 5 minutes walking distance and that we liked a lot, because it was guiet. There is a main building and a few wooden bungalows. There is a nice size swimming pool with pleasant area to relax and read. The entire property is fenced and you can hear and see howler monkeys in the mornings. Incredible experience. The room we got was big enough and clean. The breakfast was mega delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. We love it there and we will choose the same hotel if we will go there .

The water supply was cut a few times during our stay due to lack of water supply in the town. Not the hotels fault but was inconvenient at times.

Justin and Freddie were so nice and helpful during our stay! The room was great, very clean, the pool was nice and shady, the breakfast was delicious! It was nice to be a few meters away from the busier area of Tamarindo, it was nice and quiet and we always felt safe walking around the area.

Bit stingy on the shampoos left etc. lack of birds in the garden.

We liked the fact that there was quite a nice number of trees around the garden and yet it was in the town. Very close to a good supermarket, access to ice and having a fridge. Breakfast was very good- the chef should be commended for presentation and quick service. We liked the resident iguana.

Cute hotel with pool in close proximity to town walking. Very safe to walk around even at night. The breakfast was delicious (especially the excellent coffee). Rooms were just what we needed. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend!

No walk in closet despite description on Booking Limited poolside loungers. Bathroom sink tap water pressure can cause splash outs easily.

Great breakfast. Good pool area. Easy walk into heart of Tamarindo and beach. Friendly vibe from staff, owner Richard, and other guests. Iguanas on site. Small fridge has a freezer.

WiFi was weak in the rooms, excellent connection in the common area.

This was a beautiful bed and breakfast with a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was very high quality and other travelers were extremely sociable. The pool was a great place to unwind in the afternoon and the hotel is well-located just off of the busiest areas without the noise and traffic.

Excellent hotel just outside the center. Easily accessible beach and other city amenities, very friendly hosts with a delightful breakfast. Neat rooms with all the necessary amenities.

My only complaint about the property is that the breakfast that is included stops at 9:30 in the morning. As someone who likes to work out in the morning and/or walk on the beach (and also likes to enjoy night life and sleep in while on vacation) before breakfast, this was a very inconvenient time and I think the breakfast should go until at least 11 AM.

this property was fantastic and perfect for what we needed. The pool and lounge area is adorable and well styled. The room is comfortable, cute, and spacious. I like that there was plenty of space to put clothes and plenty of shelving to unpack. The bed was also super comfortable. The air conditioner worked fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly and super helpful with whatever we needed. I liked the location because we could use the gym next-door and we could easily walk to the beach, the local restaurants, and the local grocery store. Our room also had a refrigerator which was convenient for snacks and drinks.

Not a good town for walking right now, except on the beach. We didn't have a car, so had to walk everywhere, and that was never easy. City should fix its streets and sidewalks. Ongoing construction and water runoff ditches mean you have to watch every step.

This is a lovely place with helpful staff. Hot, fresh breakfasts were beautifully plated. We chose to eat by the pool -- a great way to start the day! Also, coffee was available all day.

Reception could have offered to help with heavy bags given the stairs but unsure if that is a service offered for this class of hotel so unclear on whether this is a miss or not.
