Everything was perfect, from the moment you book, check-in was so quick and everything is prepared in advance. Beds and bedding is super comfy, and the staff!! Have not seen such proud work in a long time.

The under roof vehicle parking was very small. Not ideal for a larger vehicle, I drove a d/c bakkie, preferred to park outside as I was wary of other guests damaging my car with their doors etc.

This was by far the worse service and treatment I've ever had from a host. I've stayed at multiple properties on booking.com and Airbnb and this left a sour taste in my mouth.

The host clearly double booked our reservation and didn't inform us. On the day of check in, after multiple attempts at contacting the hosts, we received an email saying our booking wasn't secured despite the confirmed booking on bookings.com . They were both curt, apathetic and offered no alternative accommodation options. Bookings.com could not contact them either. We were left stranded and thankfully booked into The Radisson. Additionally they lied and said they tried to contact us to let us know. Stay FAR AWAY if you like having a secure booking.

Our room was not cleaned the following morning, we called house keeping from 11am requesting for fresh new towels and somebody to sort the floor as it was wet and they kept saying someone is coming …we had to share 1 towel the entire day and was given towels after 5pm after we went out but still our room wasn’t cleaned 😒💔we got to a point where we thought maybe it because we are 🌈1st time experiencing such.

Hotel is very expensive for what it is. We stayed at another hotel not far away prior which was half the price and comparable facilities. The breakfast was crowded and busy.
