The safety within the property and the fact that it had a restaurant within the estate.It is a few minutes walk to the nearest shopping complex. As travelled with kids,We lost our phones while walk around the golf course and one of the good resident handed them over to security control room. The control room team also showed us where we lost them phones through their cctv cameras.Indeed a secured place.

Everything was perfect, from the moment you book, check-in was so quick and everything is prepared in advance. Beds and bedding is super comfy, and the staff!! Have not seen such proud work in a long time.

The under roof vehicle parking was very small. Not ideal for a larger vehicle, I drove a d/c bakkie, preferred to park outside as I was wary of other guests damaging my car with their doors etc.

Lovely home away from home vibe. Great to sprawl out and relax with big family and excellent cooking facilities to save money and cook a meal. Close to everything in Knysna and very safe feeling.

This was by far the worse service and treatment I've ever had from a host. I've stayed at multiple properties on booking.com and Airbnb and this left a sour taste in my mouth.

The host clearly double booked our reservation and didn't inform us. On the day of check in, after multiple attempts at contacting the hosts, we received an email saying our booking wasn't secured despite the confirmed booking on bookings.com . They were both curt, apathetic and offered no alternative accommodation options. Bookings.com could not contact them either. We were left stranded and thankfully booked into The Radisson. Additionally they lied and said they tried to contact us to let us know. Stay FAR AWAY if you like having a secure booking.
