The place was fun, clean, comfy with good linens. Loved the fire pit outside. And I appreciated that there was a 10PM quiet time. Didn't have enough time there to play in the pool, or hang out at the fire pit -- next time we'll allow for more play time.

The pool was nice, and the location being close to Fremont but not on Fremont street and more quite than those hotels.

A staff member said I was smoking in my balcony and I wasn’t and when I went to the front desk to ask to speak with this person to confirm these accusations I didn’t even get that chance other Then that everything was awesome

The pool did not look appealing, all metal was very rusted. The rooms were small, would not be comfortable for a large family like mine for an extended period of time.

None of the “security” doors were ever locked. Turned out to be in a bad area. The staff couldn’t have cared less that we needed anything. We had to come get our own towels and toilet paper. They don’t do that, we were told. The first night at 9:00 pm, our toilet overflowed after we were all settled we had to move rooms. I guess they don’t know how to use a plunger. We saw several other rooms with water running across the hall. So we moved rooms. Day two , our tv service went out, they disconnected satellite, cable and antenna . When we asked at the front desk about it they just said, I don’t know they were all shut off at the same time, we asked when it would be back on, he said I have no idea. They again, had no idea what was going on. We had no room tv for the rest of the stay. I saw mold under the soap dish in the tub. No maid service whatsoever during our stay. I smoke cigarettes and that was not the smoke smell I know to be cigarettes all over the campus. When I asked upon checking out for a receipt she refused. She told me since I booked through booking.com there was no receipt. I told her I know that but I just want a receipt that we stayed there and I was still refused. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at a hotel before. When I tried to use the phone in the room it wasn’t room. I told the desk clerk this place was a disaster and we are leaving a day early ruining our vacation. And I told her I wanted a refund. Again she said,it was a good bi so disrespectful. The worst part was the having to end our vacation early and lose out on our last night and full day because we didn’t feel safe and we certainly were not staying there another night. The rooms don’t even have smoke detectors and I know that’s a code violation. Not having maid service was definitely disaster. I am asking for a refund on our hotel cost. I really boo
