The free breakfast was a very nice touch. The location was very convenient access to the church and freeway. There was plenty of restaurants around the hotel. I really liked that the parking spot was close to the door exit and my room was right next to the existing. Thank you for the stay.
Negative section of review
The beds could have been queen size beds. And I really would appreciate good old time cleaning And refreshing the room especially the bathroom floor and vacuuming the carpet at least every other day. The coffee and tea station ran out.

It's only 2 big blocks to International Drive. Universal is within 10 minutes. The front desk, especially Bertha, are extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool is lovely and the bar and grill are nice to have, especially for lunch or cocktails.

The freezer in the refrigerator was full of ice everywhere. The microwave turntable didn't revolve. The towel bar was hanging out of the wall. The bathroom air cleaner didn't work. The TV remote was limited to manually changing channels by pressing up or down. There was no TV guide and no streaming channels. There is a charge to clean the room.

Very nice property with everything you need. They even called and paid for us an Uber when their shuttle to the airport wasn’t available when we got there. We will definitely stay here anytime we travel!

The only comment was that you can hear a lot of the noise and crying babies when they are in the lobby if your room was close to the stairs. But this was in the morning when most are awake so was not a big deal!

The staff was not friendly. I had called weeks ahead to get a room earlier and they said they would prioritize for me to get in earlier. I do understand that check is 4 but I had a handicapped family member in her 70’s on oxygen in a wheel chair that had to sit for over 4 hours in the lobby. They didn’t even ask if we were ok. I have never seen this treatment to a customer and I’ve traveled a lot. I hope this gets to someone that can maybe teach and train your associates to put more effort into caring for your customers.
