The check in lady was very rude. I told her booking already took the payment off she said it was a hold and made me pay again. If it's a hold then why hasn't it came off I checked out at 6am. Also couldn't run microwave with messing up the TV had to move it unplug it and turn it back on. It didn't keep cool in the room even though we had the air all the way down. Water pressure was also poor. I won't stay there.

$30 a night to park was ridiculously overpriced as I'm already paying to stay here for 2 nights. Very limited restaurant hours. Room price higher for mid week stay so I moved to Crown Plaza - better hotel, better pricing.

The kitchenette utensils,pots and pans were not that great they were difficult to use and cook with and my socks were filthy from walking around on their clean floor lol
