My recent stay at travelodge was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay. The room itself was immaculate, with modern furnishings and stunning views that added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. - I couldn't connect to the internet in my room ! - When I complaint to the management, I wasn't oferred another room, but instead tried to help, with no sucess. I was told that my laptop is at fault, despite my explanation that my laptop is working very well elsewhere. Just 50 feet away, in an adjacent starbucks coffee shop, my laptop prooved to be working just fine. - I notified the manager, and still wasn't oferred a replacement room.

Front Desk Staff at Hotel over charge my stay. Manager was helpful but Seems as though my week stay had discrepancies. I to this day am trying to tease it out and still waiting on promised REFUND of 5 days at $150 of which I was not there to drop off and have promised refund. My Bank account has been effected, not good!
