The location was quite nice, overlooking the river in clear site of the bridge. Our room was in the French Quarters section of the property, which was a distance from the lobby and main property. The room was clean, but dated and there wasn't much privacy as the patio/walk-way was just outside and the blinds did not entirely cover the window.

The location is ideal! Needed to run to Target a couple of times and it was great that it was literally 30 seconds away. It’s also very accessible to 128 and only 10 minutes from my daughter’s college. I would stay again just for the location! Bed was comfortable, thermostat worked well (very important!), staff was friendly.

It looked a little dated. Red walls weren’t very calming and I didn’t care for the overall decor in the room. Parking also wasn’t very convenient to the front door.

This rustic themed lodge was a real gem in the woods. It sits in a majestic canyon surrounded by beautiful mountains. The lodge lobby is grand with a bar and gift shop and very friendly staff. We had their Muir Suite which included a beautiful fireplace. The road to the lodge is a 25 minute drive down a scenic byway.

When we first arrived we asked for new pillows because there 1)wasn’t enough in the room 2) one of the existing pillows were dirty. They would not give us more pillows!?? It was strange. My husband sat downstairs and they kept giving him the run around about getting some and they never did the entire stay. The pool was also murky. Looked like it severely needed a cleaning. the TV and bed are not placed in front of each other… so it’s a smaller TV placed in the middle of the room facing the desk, the TV does swivel but really only works to watch a movie in bed if you lay on your side, or turn your head to the right the entire time. That is something small, but still not super comfortable to watch a movie after a long day.

Stayed for 5 days.. room got cleaned ONCE and that’s only because I told upfront THREE times because my wedding was that day. They didn’t know I had a wedding party and they didn’t clean there room either. I don’t understand why we had to beg to get our room cleaned.not to mention when it finally did get cleaned the girl held up a soda bottle and said “Jesus Christ.” Like that’s so damn rude.

Nothing I had and amazing experience except my credit card was hacked the evening of my stay. There were charges made that night and following day that I never made. I called Holiday Inn and they said nothing could be done because I used your app and it was probably your organization. I’m not sure that I’ll use Booking.com again.
