Loved this hotel and it was so big, double beds and a living room with a sofa bed. Helped with extra blanket. The staff was so friendly and loved to chat and make guest feel like they was at home. Loved the coffee.

I think the rooms are outdated and furniture need to be replaced. Pillows were too soft.

Big rooms, bacon at breakfast was good Pillows were comfortable, and the bathtubs are huge. Breakfast burritos were good especially the steak. Apple juice was good.

Bad bad Air-conditioning, in a city that gets 91 at 7 at night in early May and up to 115 in the summer. This Air-conditioning sucked. Made my stay miserable, couldn't sleep at night. The parking lot is so bright the light came into the room. Generator outside was noisy. Small swimming pool. Just a handful of people would make it feel packed. Breakfast was bad, potatoes no flavor, sausage looked like it made it close to some heat, definitely not browned and delicious. Bacon was good but greasy, drain the grease people, take pride in your job. The little egg omletes were dry, hard and cold a real let down.No diet options for softdrinks at soda bar. We were confirmed by text for 3:00 check in. Arrived before three still waited in the lobby over and hour and a half. Never got the Handicapp room we reserved because it was going to take even longer. So no showers for us, no toilet grab bar, room was a long distance away for two Handicapp people. No guide on the tv so wasted much time flipping through the channels and waiting for Comercials to end just to see what's on. No pay per view. Small tvs. Didn't have apple juice the next day. will not stay here again Horrible air conditioning

The rr wasn’t cleaned properly. I worked in hospitality and knew exactly where to look. Thankfully I ALWAYS carry my own cleaning and disinfecting supplies. Bathtub had some hair on the wall, you could tell it had e been swept or mopped properly under the rr vanity area. Remote and phone were not properly wiped down. The bed matress closest to the door was either too old or the bed was broken. We had the worst night of our lives. Maybe slept a total of 3 hours with all the tossing and turning.
